KingIsaac expands to PLOT 28

Since there are 5 oil deposits, and since the agreement says that both nation shall have 50% share on oil deposits, but noting that KingIsaac will receive all the nickel in PLOT 28 to be used in creating stainless steels and coins, KingIsaac would allow the Oscalantine to have 3 of oil deposits, but they shall follow the regulations. The regulations are:
1) If a fire started in an oil refinery of Oscalantine, and it spreads to the Eastern KingIsaac, Oscalantine would automatically pay $10,000,000 plus the reparation for the damages done by the fire.
2) Shall in event Oscalantine refuses to pay, the soldiers will start a fire in the line of boundary of Eastern KingIsaac and Western Oscalantine, destroying their oil deposits.

Oscalantine finds this regulation reasonable, and will humbly accept the negotiations. Oscalantine would like to further give thanks to nation of KingIsaac for their understanding of the issue concerning Plot 28 and that they will remain in favorable relations with Oscalantine in the future.

If the fire indeed started in western side, regardless of whether Oscalantine owns the territory or not, and that the fire have spread to KingIsaac's eastern territory, Oscalantine will compensate for the loss as well as to pay the fine of 10 million dollars. Such regulation have been noted by Oscalantine and have been added into the paperwork, which was revised and signed by Oscalantine's officials. The paperwork was returned to KingIsaac to be affirmed and signed.

KingIsaac have started to sent workers in PLOT 28 to build the oil refineries. It has been expected that it will be finished in two years. Also, KingIsaac sent scientists to study the area if a warmer temperature could be possible
