Utilization of Plot 28

KingIsaac have now deployed 20 planes full of construction workers. The ships are also loaded with building equipments that will be used to build oil extractors. Queen Jeny have given $500 million that will be used in the construction. The Construction Team will also build a nickel mine.

Queen Jeny have made a decision that the oil of KingIsaac will be sold on other countries for $80 per barrel.

KingIsaac knows that EEE sells oil on a higher price. Queen Jeny have said, "KingIsaac will help EEE by providing them financial assistance if their economy will suffer because of KingIsaac's oil market".

Queen Jeny have said that since 90% of KingIsaac's cars are water-fueled cars, 70% of the oil will be sold on other countries, while the remaining 30% will be used by KingIsaac.

However, if Oscalantine's economy will be affected by this, KingIsaac will NOT provide any assistance since Oscalantine has more oil.

KingIsaac also said that the nickel they will get in PLOT 28 will be used in producing stainless steel, magnets, coins, rechargeable batteries, electric guitar strings and special alloys. KingIsaac will also sell the 30% of the nickel to other countries. Other countries can buy it for $50,000 per tonne.

The planes have arrived on Plot 28. Unfortunately, a tragic incident have happened. 2 planes have crashed because of very low visibility in the area.

The Construction Team have started to set up specialized tents created by the scientists of KingIsaac that is made of thick materials that provides extra heat. Inside a tent, workers can provide additional heat for themselves using a portable heater. Also, workers were given 4 extra think jackets and blankets.

The Construction Team will start building their temporary shelter first, then they will start building oil extractors.

Oil depots and oil refineries will be constructed on Navotas city in mainland KingIsaac.

After 2 years of waiting, 4 oil extractors are finally built in Plot 28. Also a nickel mine. However, out of 3,000 construction workers, only 300 have survived.

Oil extractors have started working. So far, KingIsaac have already extracted 5,000 barrels of oil. There are some workers in Plot 28 to maintain the oil extractors and to run it. They are paid $8,000 a month and additional $4,000 incentives to maintain their loyalty and for them to be eager on working. They are being replaced every 2 months.

KingIsaac is now mining in the nickel mine. So far, they have mined 100 tonne. Its workers are paid just like the workers on oil extractors.

KingIsaac would like to sell oil and nickel to other nations, at a reasonable price of $80 per barrel of oil, and $50,000 per tonne of nickel.

[With oil at $100, middlemen will make a fortune off of selling $80 barrels for $99.]

KingIsaac would like to extend its condolence to HESS because only 4 out of their 50 representatives have survived. Many of their representatives died in Plot 28 because of extreme weather, some died because of accidents, and others are missing.

The bodies of dead HESS citizens will be transported to HESS, and KingIsaac will pay their families $50,000 from the KingIsaac's insurance system.

HESS mourns the deaths of the 2,700 KingIsaac and Edesu workers in Plot 28. They died noble deaths, securing the economic stability of Christendom.

The insurance has been deposited into the Edesu Treasury, as private ownership of property is strictly forbidden. HESS thanks KingIsaac for the compensation.

As of now, KingIsaac profits on the oil have reached $5 billion. As of now, the oil is being used only by KingIsaac since to nations have announced their intentions of buying oil, yet. Oil is mainly being used in KingIsaac for electricity and other machines.
