| Tiberiam Plot Expansion Law
Authored by Rasvidi
Recognizing that Tiberiam has limited space, both in continents open to expansion and those currently closed to such;
Realizing that nations will continue to expand into unclaimed lands at the expense of any new potential players, and that expansionist policies would therefore dominate international politics to a detriment;
Proposing that a limit of two (2) plots in addition to a nation's starting territory be enforced, and that such plots will be allowed without request so long as such claims have been sufficiently roleplayed in enough detail in the National roleplay forums;
Adding that making this limit absolute would prohibit or hinder realistic expansion goals and borders;
Therefore allowing a request to either the cartographer(s) or the office of the Secretary of Culture be submitted in lieu of further expansion, and that such a request may either be approved or denied by a majority vote of forum members;
Concluding that those found violating this law will not have their territory claims honoured by the cartographer(s), and that if such illegal claims are honoured either intentionally or through accident, that they will be revoked and such territory claims will be removed from the map;
Appending that claims designated illegal that have been honoured before the passing of this law will not be subject to these clauses.

| Ras, I agree with this... 'tis something that I will say "Aye" to...
and... I kinda agree with hijima here, unfortunately for Isis... Isis and hijima is going at each other's throat for awhile now, so I really don't want biased opinion... but hijima, remember that if you make unjust claims, I'm siding with him again.

| I vote for this bill!
2-0.
Question? Would this make another Office on the international scale of Tiberiam? I know that this is not entirely forwarded to the Sec of Culture but also to a Calligrapher as well.

| Cartographer, not Calligrapher, lol. The words look similar, but a Cartographer studies and produces maps, and a Calligrapher studies and produces different types of fancy fonts. | |

Anyways, are they getting a new office position?
Also, i am going to create a bill soon to create a starter kit category for all new nations. It is rediculous that some of the nations here do not know there true rights.

| Sorry, forgot to answer that. I think I will, I already asked Isis a while ago if I could and he said yes, I just haven't gotten around to it. I also want to train someone to help me with the cartography. | |

| Huh, cartographer...
Dude, Ras, I would love to have a job as a cartographer. Well... not as much as having the job as much as just learning how to make fancy maps. I have a few in as sketches... I wish I can scan them... but I don't know how to make one online. Can you consider me as well... and if I am not the best for the job... can I still learn know-how about cartography from ya? That would be awesome.

| Edo Edi Essum votes FOR the Tiberiam Plot Expansion Law.
I especially like the fact that the approval of either the SOC or the Cartographer is required. That's a nice little balance of power.
Also, if we are inventing new Forum offices, could I be Secretary/Czar of Media? (Let's go with Czar.) I like updating the TNN ticker.

Oh, sorry man, I didn't mean to confuse you. There aren't quotes around sentences, I just put them to show you I was re-writing your words. It would just be: Haha, you're everywhere! you Grace. How is that?

| Not yet, the vote goes to Nov 3. if there is no significant change, the Legislation will be enacted the next day. Just because a few people did vote, dose not mean the vote is passed. We have 5 votes out of a region of 25. it is okay they do not want to participate, but we must leave the voting on till the set date has ended, unless there was a overwhelming majority.
Get people to come and vote. see what they have to say.
