After being worried about not having a way to transport large amonts of resourses to the main for trade hijjma army,airforce and navy in a tri-op invaded plot 11 first by using long rang bombers to bomb the towns in the area the navy bomb the coast and the army finished them off after than large companies and industries move there making it the largest land claim in hijjma`s history a small town called kingsvalley was built on the border with ISIS and by a town vote hijjma`s armed forces are not allowed in the town or the area around it. the city of new hijjma is built on the bay at the fork in the river. and a military base grew big enough to be a town completly formed by the army and air force was build in the middle of the large area in the middle leading the nation in advancements in flight and weapons development the regions Largest airport was built here with the regions largest runway [2 miles in length] is able to support the largest jets in the world and with over 5 smaller 1 mile long runways and over a 100 helipads and to the size of the airport .

You can claim the plot but you can't simply grow an airport out of thin air like that. You can also designate colonies, but they aren't going to be thriving cities for years and years.

Hi, my name is... well, for all intents and purposes my forumID in most forums are blah.
I have a country Oscalantine, and I am planning on moving to Tiberiam as soon as I can straighten things out with my previous region (I should be here by tomorrow at the latest.)

I actually wanted to ask a question as well as reserve a territory if I can. I also wanted to see if I can take this territory before I do so.

Erm... where to start... firstly, I wanted to reserve a spot for plot 14... well, "reserve" as in to see if anyone was planning on moving to this plot.

Another thing is a question about taking a plot. My nation is basically a corporation running a country. I'm trying to set a background so that while my country was still around, it was mainly small and inactive in the world. One multinational corporation, however, came in and over the course of several decades, took over the country's economy and government. I am planning to start off the country with a news stating that the corporation as finally changed the name of the previous country into Oscalantine.

With that in mind, I wanted to have a similar method of taking over territory. I was wondering... if I can have a branch company (okay, it is corporate secret but I'm going to make it PAINFULLY obvious that this is branch company) have several mining operation going on in artic regions in plot 15. I'm planning on eventually taking over the entire country... although it would be more of a puppet government run by a branch company of my country (wow... complicated...)

I'm planning on starting the RP with that branch company already started its silver mining operations in the country. If anyone decides to take the plot 15 as their country, I will telegraph the country... and it would make an interesting RP plot anyways, with country starting straight off as war... anyways, I wanted to know if all those were possible. I'll give the cities and actually claim the plot once I can move into the region.

I wanted to add that while I couldn't find "introduce yourself" thread for some odd reason, that I was really glad that I found this region and I cannot wait to RP here. Thanks for hearing my rant!

I'm sorry, each nation is only allowed one plot to begin with, including puppets. Yes you can reserve a territory if you like if you are planning to move here in the near future. And we don't actually have an "introduce yourself" thread, if you'd like to start one you are welcome to.

Oh and cities are... (fyi: NexS stands for Nexus Sector. In the duration of RP, I'll mention them as such.)

Bael [NexS 01] (right at the end of the first river from the left)

Jeona [NexS 02] (where that "platinum" resource is on plot 14... built for that purpose, actually)

Carnibas [NexS 03] (At the end of the middle river. Also capital)

Stragian Fortress [NexS 04] (right on the border between plot 11 and plot 14 at the end of that river that flows into the sea... towards my side, of course)

Darbanian Port [NexS 05] (okay, this is incomplete, but it might come in handy for the sake of the RP. In plot 14, there is towards the west, where the two protruding out... land? In the inner part of the two, the one that is closer to the land.)

Okay, going back to just plot 15... I am NOT having a colony before I even RP. I'm just setting a foothold... kind of like "my country wants this"
I'll post the history when I'm finished and 48 hr is passed, but my country was created via corporate takeover of a country. Similar thing has started in plot 15, where a simple mining operation as a corporation has started in the area. I'm not claiming that plot as a territory yet, and my ultimate goal is to have a puppet gov. set once the takeover is successful. But for now, it is just any old plot with a company drilling into the mountain.

Oh and I'm fine with people taking plot 15... I'm just going to try my best to take over much of mining operation as a corporation before they consolidate their power anyways

What I believe Gracealona meant is that we only allow new nations 1 piece of land when they first start out. We like to make sure they stick around, you know. Give it a few days and we'll happy to let you colonize or "acquire" an additional plot, so long as you RP the takeover and no one has claimed the spot in the mean time.

My capitol is Mozkhslava. Could it be on the Northern edge of the central lake and on the Western edge of the river? Also:

Petrograd:In the far South
Omsk: The Southern tip of the Western bay in the North
Trotskygrad: The North side of the first fork of the river
Volgograd: The Easternmost edge of the river system, bordering the bay

Hijjma, I added your claim and your cities, but when you roleplay this territory please keep in mind that although they show up on the map, these colonies and bases are not going to be large. In fact they will be rather underdeveloped for a while, and will suck money out of your economy to support until they become self-sufficient. I would also recommend you wait a while before expanding again.

The Republic of Fleur Argent has requested plot 39 via telegram, but hasn't mentioned which cities he wanted, so I didn't put him on. However I will consider plot 39 reserved for Fleur Argent and I will not recognize any claims to plot 39 unless it is from Fleur Argent or he formally gives up his claim on the plot.

Yeah you don't need to put every single city on the map, I have way more then I have on the map too, don't worry. Just put whichever you think are relevant.

Actually, those ARE my biggest cities.

Encrypted Cities are known as Nexus Sector with the names. They have been decades in making, as I'll mention before. Each serves a purpose (01 is a Nexus Inc headquarter, 02 is major platinum mine as well as refinery, 03 is capital as well as largest manufacturing sector, and 04 is currently the stronhold as well as Corundum mine. Incomplete 05 is going to be naval manufacturing sector.)

They are also basically individual fortress. Each building has its purpose in defense, and the city itself can "mobilize" into military bunker as well as fortress in matter of a single day. All 5 cities, when 5th is completed, can serve to house approx. 60% of our nation's population as bunkers for nuclear fallout shelters.

Other cities exist in Oscal, but yes, you do seem to lack major cities despite your population... maybe you should make more?

I have many more major cities those are just the four largest in the nation. Should I post them? I just feel like the map looks cluttered with more than 3 or 4 cities shown in each nation. Plus it seems like more work for our hard working voluteer map maker Rasvidi.

To be honest, with exception of Civa, everyone has 3-5 cities... just that your land is so MASSIVE that it looks like there are none... don't fret Gracealona! When there are war, we fight with money and population, not with cities!!!

NexS 04 is Stragarian Fortress, and not a Port. Equally NexS 05 is Darbanian Port, not Fortress. I think you gut the two mixed up.

Is my nation like Siberia, or do I not need to import all food?

Also, can I claim plot 15 without warring with anyone? I would be completely content having that area also, but I don't want to war with anyone. I guess this question is directed towards Oscalantine.

Oscalantine has had his eyes on plot 15. Personally, I'm more interested in plot 28.
