| Rasvidi, I know you're busy, but if you will no longer act as our region's cartographer, I will feel obligated to hastily replace you.
Wow, four commas | |

okay, for the purpose of the RP, I have edited the crap. I am going to murder ANYONE that complains about map now. And no, EEE, you have to wait until Ras to return before you get your map change, because I cannot be bothered with something that has so little to do with RP
[Oscal's EDIT]
Basically, I erased Ruz, Imperial, and Isis and added in Bautizar. If you have any other requests... please... HESITATE to ask.
And no, Ras, this does NOT get you off the hook. I still want you to make maps. I just did not like people wining about how outdated maps were.

| My apologies gentlemen, I know I have been lax on the map updates. Because I am just one person, though, I would like to give at least two other people permission to update the maps so that they are constantly updated; I have already telegramed Edo Edi Essum giving him permission to do so, I just need to give him mod status in the cartography sub-forum.
I would also like to hear from other candidates who want to do this. I believe I have an application thread somewhere in here. For formality, I encourage Edo Edi Essum to fill it out, although he already has the gig.
Basically, just update the map if you see it needs to be updated and nobody has gotten around to it yet. Just make sure to mention that you are updating it so other cartographers don't try to update it at the same time; after it is updated, just edit your post to reflect this.

| I would just like to take this oppritunity to warn EEE: Just because Ras has granted you cartographer status does not mean you can alter the map to suit you and your allies. You cannot alter the resources, topography or climate of any area of Tiberiam. I know you have requested such changes in the past and we have voted nay and this doesn't make it so you can now. Obviously I can't solely make this decision but know that if you do any of these things I will make a motion to have your cartographer status revoked. Sorry about being grumpy grace again but I could see him doing this and I feel the need to warn him. | |

| Lol....
As SoC, I agree that no one person should be able to have the power to change the resources in the region as one sees fit. So... I guess the responsibility of changing falls probably into RPers as well as Cart and SoC.
Regardless, I dully noted plot 39 expansion. You will have to RP for it... but... I have to ask that you show restraint? I mean, there is a freaking world war going on.

| Okay I made Oscalantine's update official plus some extra changes. In addition to removing Isis Rakael, Ruz, and Imperial, I also removed Abbaton and Okeedoekee since they are neither present in the region nor even exist in NationStates anymore.
I also changed plot 4 (hijjma) to reflect current politics there; roughly the northern 1/3 is "Oscalantine Hijjma" and the southern 2/3 is "Edesu Hijjma". I also added some territory around Sancta Ak, EEE's colony in Noratreos. I should note that when colonizing, you do not need to take an entire plot. You can take out just a portion of it, or if you want area that is under two plots, you can take a plot's worth of territory from that area to basically create a new plot, which is what I did for Sancta Ak. Enjoy your expanded territory, EEE.
EDIT: Plots are only really there for reference and as a guide for claiming territory. They are not the only way you can expand your nation; they basically represent the maximum land you can annex in one go, with three plots worth of land being the most a nation should have before requiring some consideration from cartographers and the SoC.

| Could Alicante be readded in Hijjma? In the dead center of Hijjma, please add Idris. On the southwestern coast of my desert annex, in that little section that curves inward, could I have the city Versus? Could we remove Hiborea from the Placenames map? It's a little obnoxious. Could we have a key? My perpetual requests... | |

| I assume Isis will be getting his/her old territories back, right?
It's been odd not having a northern neighbor.

| Well we don't know yet. Isis hasn't said anything yet so he may just be visiting as he hasn't said he's coming back for good. | |

| Political map updated. Added King Isaac's annex of Plot 5 (resource map hasn't updated, but you can roleplay as if plot 5 had the resources of plot 10); added New Numair's annex of Plot 2; added Versus; added Alicante and Idris.
Renamed the two Hijjmas as North Hijjma and South Hijjma with italics under each name to indicate who is currently in control of the territory.

| Step 1 (Compliments): Ras, you know I love your maps. I actually spend half-minutes observing them frequently. I'm this eccentric.
Step 2 (Complaints): Many of these are minor. I apologize that I seem to never be satisfied. I do love the maps.
You mixed up Alicante and Idris. Alicante is coastal (west-center). Idris is in the dead center of Hijjma. Versus is actually more southwest coastal. Could you move it to that little section that curves inward, one geographic curve to the west? Please could we have a key?

| Updated. I didn't see EEE's requests so they haven't been added, but I will add them.
I added Isis Rakael to the map. He is located off the continent of Hiborea, on the continent to the south called Caspadius. He occupies a rather large territory, which is shown in a box at the top right corner.

| One small request, no hurry on this, I just want a city called "Monarch" added anywhere you feel is logical on the southern coast of my most recent expansion. | |

I'm sorry I couldn't get on before now, but I was going to suggest an extension of the map for Isis. Also, I get to temporarily keep my island. Yay.

| I'll get to all these later on but I'm visiting my mother so I don't really have access to the maps.
EEE, Isis Rakael is actually fairly distant from the rest of us, the only way to show him would be to include the entirety of Caspadius. He's on the south-western coast of that continent. The size of his nation in the box is his actual nation size, however, it hasn't been resized or anything.
I'm going to wait before I open up Caspadius to further expansion. The only reason Isis Rakael has been allowed this territory is because he wanted to be isolated but there wasn't anywhere suitable in Hiborea. Since his isolation was a condition of his coming back, and since he has always been a valued member of the community, I granted him this request. Additionally, his distant locale could open the potential for interesting roleplay, with unique resources and goods produced by Isis Rakael and sought after by nations of Hiborea.
His nation is also so large because he probably has by far the largest population in the region. Even dividing his NS population by 10 in accordance to roleplay rules, he will have nearly 2 billion people. The china of Tiberiam.

| Oh, I had no idea Isis Rakael was so distant. The little box is therefore appropriate.
Take your time, Ras. I'm just happy you're back to frequent cartography.

| Btw, Ras, what is the resources in Isis Rakael? You said exotic resources, but I wanted to know what was there so that I can extend out the hand of economic treaty if I can.
Btw, for those that are interested... Isis Rakael's existence isn't out to the world yet. As in... any nations would most likely have to search for Isis if they wish to interact with the nation... just thought I would spell that out here, in case people just did not read Isis's post.
