| WHEREAS it is evident that we have no organize role play
WHEREAS there should be rules in the role plays so that it could be more enjoyable and realistic
Therefore, this bill establishes the position of Secretary of Culture with the following responsibilities:
The SOC:
1. Shall maintain the activity in this region through RP
2. Shall create and organize events, host games, debates, etc.
3. Shall be responsible for awards and honor system
4.Shall establish the rules of the RPs
5. Shall have full authority over RPs and the like
6. Shall have the authority to create and organize the treasury
The SOC shall be chosen by the chancellors

| As a chancellor I can't vote, but I would like to endorse this bill. However, I don't think that "Secratary of Culture" is a good title for this position. Other than that, it looks good. | |

| I'm not sure. Sorry, I don't mean to be all picky and annoying, I just think that that title doesn't suit the position very well. Maybe "Secratary of International Affairs", or just "Secratary of Affairs". Also, whoever gets appointed make sure to keep our current RP rules intact. E.G. the stats divided by ten. | |

| I think it's clear this legislation has the support of the senate. Passed. The chancellory shall discuss the candidates for appointment to the newly created position. | |
