| The Rasvidi-Gracealona Mutual Cooperation Treaty
Article I - Sovereignty Signatories shall retain their territorial sovereignty and shall not take any action, direct or indirect, that would threaten the sovereignty of the other signatory.
Article II - Non-aggression Signatories shall not participate or instigate in hostilities, direct or indirect, against another signatory. This includes sabotage, proxy wars, arms races, etc. Signatories shall act peaceably to one another in the event of a military accident or incident.
Article III - Trade All tariffs imposed on goods imported or exported from one signatory to another shall be waived, in the name of free trade and good will. Signatories are encouraged to participate in trade sanctions and embargoes enforced by another signatory against a foreign state.
Article IV - Mutual Defense Should a foreign nation instigate aggression on a signatory, then all other signatories shall be obligated to participate in defensive operations. Should they refuse to do so, then they will be required to pay reparations equal to the damages done to the signatory divided by the number of signatories refusing support.
Article V - Offensive Operations Should a signatory declare war on a foreign nation, then signatories shall not be obligated to participate in offensive operations.
Article VI - Espionage Signatories shall not perform active espionage on one another, and should disclose any existing espionage operations against other signatories when this document comes into force. Signatories are encouraged to disclose espionage information on foreign nations upon request from another signatory.
Article VII - Ocean Clause Should a signatory receive a distress call from a naval vessel of another signatory while in international waters, they shall be obligated to assist this vessel regardless of the nature of the distress call.
Article VIII - Joint Projects Signatories shall set aside funds on an annual basis to subsidize joint projects between signatories. These funds shall equal 1% of a signatory's GDP.
Article IX - Additional Signatories Additional signatories may be appended to this document upon the unanimous approval of current signatories. Should a signatory deny the admittance of an additional signatory, then that additional signatory shall not be appended to this document. The proposed signatory cannot be reconsidered for a period of two weeks after rejection.
Article X - Amendments Amendments may be made to this document upon unanimous approval from signatories.
Article XI - Termination Signatories must give notice of two weeks before the termination of this document.
