I was looking over the constitution, and in Article I Section 2, it states that inactivity of the senate is determined by the "level of activity in discussions" and etc, which I think will create problems in the future. The criteria is very vague and subjective. How do we determine what a low level of activity is? No posts in a week? A month? I think we should create an amendment and set specific intervals when the senate is in session, which follows the model of most existing government bodies. For example, we could set one day each week during which the senate is in session and votes on legislation and reviews legislation passed by the judicial council since the last session ended. If the senate doesn't agree with legislation enacted by the judicial council, they can reverse it. The judicial council should then be forbidden from reviving the bill.
