| It was a sunny day in Gracemaria, only a few sparse, fluffy white clouds floated overhead. It seemed almost fitting that the weather was so nice on this day, as this day was most likely the beginning of the end of the recent war. Many Gracemarians and journalists lined the blocked off street that the armoured cars that awaited the delegates would drive down. Police Officers and MPs lined the barriers and patrolled the crowd looking for anyone with violent intentions. Of course there were activists along the streets expressing their various opinons on the conflict holding signs that said things like "Free the Rasvidi Islands" "No More Nukes" "Peace for Tiberiam "and of course there were many signs with only a simple peace sign or dove. There were also negative signs wishing death upon all who had fought in the conflict and their respective nations. However they were much more rare and hardly any were seen. The vast majority didn't have any signs and simply waved small Gracealonian flags sold by street vendors and others hung larger ones over the street barriers, in front of shops, or out skyrise windows. It looked like the spectators were waiting for the beginning of a Gracealonian Independence Day parade, when in reality they were just there in hopes of catching a glimpse of a foreign delegate and show some national pride.
Over Gracemaria International Airport fighters circled to protect the landing planes of the delegates and an entire section of the tarmac had been secured for the planes. At the capital building the flags of every nation attending had been hung in the hall that would be used for the talks and a carpet was laid down the front steps to the curb where the cars would pull up. Inside the front entrance of the capital President Carlton and Vice President Dowdson waited to greet the delegates as the entered.
Gracemaria was ready. | |

| General Jiri Iroh was grateful for the tinted windows on the limousine in which he was riding. He was far from alone, though. All about him were Rakaelian elite forces, dressed and masked in black and tasked with guarding the general with their life. But at least he was spared the screaming crowds outside. Glin Aeducan had always found it comical to assign diplomatic duties to Iroh, although it was due mainly to the fact that despite Iroh's distaste for dealing with people, the citizens of Isis Rakael loved him. The more Iroh was seen, the better the people liked it, even if that meant putting him in uncomfortable situations. Acting-President Reitz apparently felt the same way. There were hundreds of Rakaelian diplomats, but these were war talks, and the IRSC must be in attendance, or at least represented by a sitting member. Iroh grunted at the situation and resumed stroking his graying beard as he closed his eyes and tried to relax for the remainder of the ride.
He was unsuccessful. Try as he would, he could not rest. His mind was racing. There was much to do and much to discuss... and much to explain. The removal of his friend and commander Glin Aeducan's removal from power had shocked the region. Iroh was deeply saddened by the move, but understood that it had to happen. Aeducan was going to force the war to continue, for no other reason than to assert the dominance of Isis Rakael. There was little doubt who the region superpower was and would likely remain for the forseeable future, but the correspondence between Aeducan and Rasvidi's new Chairman had infuriated him. He had demanded the invasion of Rasvidi, as well as the detonation of a second nuclear warhead. The IRSC had disagreed and decided quickly that he his removal was necessary for the safety of the nation and the region. Iroh had been the logical choice to assume an acting role, amd the public would have hailed the decision, but he had declined. His focus was needed on the troop withdrawal, he had said. Milan Reitz, the commander of the IR Air Force was named instead.
He spotted a few signs scattered about at the rear of the mobs crowding the side of the street, but paid no heed to them. They were inevitable. Even in IR, people had held rallies, though they were few and far between and generally ignored by the public. The vast majority of Isis Rakael agreed with IR's entering and defense of NX401 and even the detonation of the nuke that had destroyed Kazan.
Finally the limo rolled to a stop. The IR troops with him in the vehicle exited and surrounded the vehicle, performing a quick survey of the area, then opened the door for Iroh. He stepped out, immediately aware of how warm it was in comparison to the cold mountain air of Isis Rakael. He shed his coat, draped it over his arm, and proceeded up the stairs, following the carpeted path. It was a beautiful building, he mused. He entered, his entourage close behind him, creating a shield against the outside world. There before him stood President Carlton and Vice President Dowdson.
It was time.
Iroh straightened out his dark blue uniform, cleared his throat, then extended his hand in greeting to the two men.
"President Carlton, Vice President Dowdson, it is a pleasure to meet you both. I am General Iroh and I represent the Isis Rakael Security Council. Your welcome is greatly appreciated and I look forward to working with you and the others to sort out of this unfortunate affair."

| As the three Chancellors, Henry Quilton, Amber Miltof, and Evan Windemir, stepped out of Scrib-X22 Transport, with Republican Legion Soldiers, They all got into the Limousine.
As they were riding down, all the chancellors were talking to each other.
Henry: This War was bloody, but necessary. Rasvidi attacked the sovereignty of our nation and others. They should be blamed for this.
Amber: 'I agree! Rasvidi had infringed upon the true sovereignty of Tiberiam's Northern Coast nations without treaty or contract. If this premise is flase, which it is not, then the war could of been avoided. After all, we gave them 72 hours to vacate the waters and there greedy stubborn ways took their poor souls for granted. maybe we should help the Rasvidi Islands campaign. How is the news in Novosibrisk, Sgt. Dilworth?
Sgt Dilworth: Mam, our forces are strong but they would not hold without support. casualties are in the mid-high 20's and Rasvidi is putting up a strong front. We are Resisting it but, again without support, we will have to give up the campaign.
Amber: that is sad news! However, the more we fight in Novo, the better we will have in these peace talks. As now, we have a bargaining chip
Evan: yes, a bargaining chip indeed. However, what should we do about Isis and there Nuclear War head, we can not just let them get away with this.
Henry: Patience, Evan. This is not our matter, we will have our say soon enough.
The Chancellors looked outside the windows of the Limo and saw all the peace signs and crowds cheering the NX401 Chancellors for. Some booed loudly and some angry, however, the Chancellors understood how some would think of them as the aggressors.
As the pulled up to the Building and the limo came to a stop, Republican Legion Soldiers got out first and stood at a attention while the Chancellors got out. Then walked into a Triangle formation until meeting the President Andy Carlton and Vice President Charles Dowdson respectively.

| Despite the fact that all diplomatic representatives were expected to be transported to the Peace Talks via limousine, Master Minister Marcus Albinoni traveled the short distance via helicopter. As all luxury cars were associated with the Bourgeois in Edo Edi Essum, the vehicles were banned. Not even high clergy were allowed the honor. The only well-armored domestic vehicles in Edo Edi Essum which could easily be transported to foreign lands were helicopters. Hence, the four Edesu diplomats and 18 members of the Elite Security Forces had the luxury of flying over the crowds [in a Eurocopter EC225 Super Puma renamed in Edesu].
Marcus Albinoni looked over the crowd and grinned. The Edesu flyover had a noticeable effect on the crowd. Apparently the Gracealonan authorities had not expected Edo Edi Essum to disperse 1.05 million communist leaflets over the crowd during their short journey from airport to Peace Talks. The 500 Catholic Bibles attached to parachutes were a nice touch also. At the very least, they would be very memorable souvenirs for those in the massive crowd.
Upon arrival, when the ESF's many security precautions were completed, the compact Edesu diplomatic team safely entered the Gracealonan capitol. Albinoni sighed. These Peace Talks would be extraordinarily difficult. The suspenseful conflict in the Rasvidi Islands would not be resolved until Rasvidi adopted religious tolerance and ceded its distant colonies to Queen Jeny. Kolbertiko would accept nothing less.

| The first of the delegates to arrive were from Isis Rakael. Carlton and Dowdson returned the general's handshake and then the president spoke: "Yes it's a pleasure to meet you as well. We're glad you could attend, hopefully this conflict will be resolved soon and all involved can leave at least somewhat content. We'll see in the hall in a bit, if you'd like I believe my staff has prepared some food and drinks for us."
Next to arrive was the delegation from NX401. The President and the Vice President greeted the NX401 Chancellors as well and invited them to the refreshments as well before taking their places in the hall.
The EEE delgates arrived next. Everyone in Gracealona knew they were going to be a major hurdle on the way to peace as they had very specific and strict terms which wern't expected to be met. The flyers dropped from the helicopters were basically ignored by the crowd and some of those of the catholic faith picked up the bibles, but the majority of these were also ignored. When the choppers landed at the capital the president was a little annoyed. The helicopters had not been cleared to fly in the controlled airspace of the capital distract and had nearly been shot down by fighters patrolling for the conference before they were identified at the last minute. Although he knew the ridiculous amount of flyers was basically ignored, it would take many hours to clean them off the streets and rooftops. He felt it to be an act of dissrespect by littering over the city. He was going to make a point of speaking to the EEE delegates about this as he was very angry and wasn't going to leave it un-addressed.

| "The war is approaching it's close, Chairman." The voice of Yelena Stasova seemed older somehow, aged by the stresses of this conflict. As the Foreign Commissar, she was attending this peace conference, as was the Chairman. Ordinarily the Vice Chairman would be in her place, but one had yet to be selected. Vladimir Ovseyenko was sitting next to her. "Yes, the war may be closing, but the tragedy has only just begun. It will take generations before these events can heal over. Our society has been shaken, Stasova." He was staring out of the window of the airplane. He could see the Rasvidi fighters escorting them, flying just beyond the wings of the passenger jet. "We ourselves will not only be long dead, but faded from memory before the scars disappear." He sighed. Stasova frowned. Ovseyenko was in his forties, but he spoke like someone much older. Someone familiar to her, who had once led this nation. "Tell me something new. We have endured hundreds of years of hardships, the scars would have ran deep whether this war had happened or not. Only the foolish would think the transition from complete oppression to complete freedom would come cheaply." Ovseyenko's gaze did not leave the fighters. "Yes, freedom. Freedom to do what the state allows. Our people can't even openly pray to their gods." "Don't speak of what you don't understand. You are still a child to me." Stasova's tone was harsh and quick. She took a deep breath to calm herself before continuing. "My apologies, Chairman. However, I must point out that with the death of our glorious leader, may his memory shine on with the revolution, our society can finally take the next step. He did us well, building us up to be strong against our foes. You see, we had to keep the religions down. If we hadn't... who knows, the revolution might have faltered. We're out of those woods now, though. Maybe it's time to let our people breathe easier." Ovseyenko merely continued to watch the fighter jets in silence. ----- As the vehicle drove through the streets to their destination, Ovseyenko marveled at the crowds. The size, though impressive, was not what captured his interest; rather it was the nature of it's purpose. He had seen protests before, many hundreds of them. Or, at least, he had seen riots. Those had been violent, destructive things with massive loss of life, however. Horrible things that were to be kept under control for the sake of people's lives. These, however, were an enigma to him. They were very clearly angry, even aggressive, but at the same time peaceful. It was a paradox that tormented his mind. It was a like soap box that these people were allowed to stand upon, and then shout angry things at the audience. Then they would step down, and people would cheer their anger. It was foreign, alien. Ovseyenko quite liked it. The car they were riding in was of an aged design, and not terribly well maintained. They had been offered a limo ride at the airport, but they had declined, offended that such opulence would be waved around in their faces. They opted instead for a much more well traveled vehicle, "Something that a farmer would drive" in the words of Stasova, to the silent amusement of the Gracealonian authorities. Indeed, as they pulled up to the steps and the car stopped, the door creaked noisily as it was opened, however it was barely heard over the din of the crowd that suddenly flooded their ears. As first Stasova and then Ovseyenko stepped out of the vehicle into the barricade of Rasvidi soldiers surrounding the door, the noise in the crowd became louder. It seemed to be a mixture of support, and of condemnation; this didn't surprise Ovseyenko. Rasvidi was considered by many to be the belligerent in this conflict, after all. It was only natural that people would feel strongly about his presence in their country. Stasova thought she heard more support from the crowds then condemnation; Ovseyenko felt the opposite, however. As they went up the steps, Ovseyenko noticed Andy Carlton and his Vice President meeting with... Meeting with General Iroh. Suddenly Ovseyenko's blood began to boil. Obviously he had expected this, but still... this general represented the men who destroyed Kazan, and with it her people. He had to keep himself civil, but his anger began to grow... millions were dead because of Isis Rakael. He closed his eyes and clenched his fists, gritting his teeth. Stasova placed a hand on his shoulder and asked him if he was alright. No, no he wasn't, of course he wasn't, how could he be? He... he... He couldn't hold it in. He lunged up the steps at General Iroh, rage in his eyes and his speed. He cocked his fist back, ready to punch with all the angry force he could muster, shouting "You bastard! You cowards! You murderous, sub-human scum! Do you know what you have done!? Do you!? Can your barbaric minds comprehend the destruction you have unleashed?" Spittle flew from his mouth as he uttered these angry words, his fist sailing through the air, seeking out General Iroh's nose. | |

| An unexpected plane with a brand "Royal Airlines" arrived at the airport of Gracemaria. After thirty minutes of waiting, a lady wearing a black dress and a necklace which was worth millions, elegantly came out from the plane. The guards of the airport have noticed that the lady was wearing a crown, full of diamonds and stones. Then, before the lady could even take her last step on the stair, her butler said aloud, "Her Majesty, Queen Jeny!". Some of her bodyguards and even the police, who went to the airport to check it because the plane was unexpected, knelt for she is considered as the second hand of the pope though it is unofficial.
Queen Jeny went to the nearest restaurant first then went to the place where the peace talk would happen.

| Carlton watched as the Rasvidi delegation pulled up to the capital as he spoke to General Iroh. It puzzled him why the Rasvidians had chosen such a humble vehicle to travel in, but he didn’t think of it long as Chairman Ovseyenko climbed out and Carlton saw the rage in his eyes. He stood there in shock as the chairman spoke:
"You bastard! You cowards! You murderous, sub-human scum! Do you know what you have done!? Do you!? Can your barbaric minds comprehend the destruction you have unleashed?" and took a swing at the general. He had known that the tensions between these two men were going to explode at some point during the talks, but he would be lying if he said he thought it would happen this fast. One of the IR troops had grabbed the chairman’s arm before it connected with the general’s face. The president quickly composed himself and stepped in between the two men.
“Chairman, I understand your anger towards this man and your desire to avenge those that were killed. However, schoolyard violence is not the answer! The people of all of our nations are looking upon us right now, and what will they think if they see us fighting like boys? Although it is difficult, we must try to settle our differences like civilized grown men. Now please, stop this! I will understand if you don’t wish to shake hands and greet each other, but at least try and tolerate each other’s presence for the sake of restoring peace.” He then turned to the IR troop “Please sir, release the chairman. And general, would you mind going inside? The delegates from NX401 and EEE have arrived already, I believe they are in enjoying some refreshments. I’d like to speak to the chairman privately.” Once the Isis delegation was a distance away, the president turned back to the chairman. “Greetings chairman, I was sad to here of the late chairman’s death. He was a friend to me and Gracealona. I understand if you hold ill will towards me, but I have explained my reasoning before and see no need to again. I hope you can find it in you to work with me to bridge this rift that has opened between our two nations.”
When Queen Jeny arrived, Carlton and Dowdson greeted her in a virtually identical way that they had greeted those from NX401 and invited her inside. The only difference was that they replaced “sir” and “miss” with “your majesty”.

| "This is not the time, Chairman," Iroh said quietly before being moved inside by his guards. He looked at Yelena Stasova as he left and offered a polite nod, but said nothing. His mind went racing back to the Rasvidi-EEE conflict that had been resolved in Cosic and the words that were spoken there. He frowned. That battle would not be fought here.
His thoughts drifted back to the Chairman's outburst. He had been shocked by the explosiveness of it, but he wasn't surprised. The destruction of Kazan was bound to be a hot topic, and one he was expected to defend. He could, he knew, but he was not looking forward to it. Nuclear weapons had always been controversial. While many nations had them, they were often times a deterrent only. To use one, even in defense, risked a political nightmare. Isis Rakael had taken that risk, and here, Iroh knew, they would pay for it. There was also the removal of Glin Aeducan as the IR President to discuss. That, perhaps, hurt worse than the other. Aeducan had been Iroh's close friend for decades and decades.
He briefly considered meeting with the other delegates, but dismissed the thought. He prefered to remain alone for the moment until the discussions began, free to collect his thoughts. But those thoughts didn't come, and he found himself staring at the Rasvidi Chairman as he and President Carlton talked. That, too, would be an interesting situation.

| Following (somewhat) polite discussion between the various diplomatic representatives, the official Peace Talks began. President Andy Carlton formally announced Gracealona's happiness to see the regional war deescalate and amiably opened the floor to anxious delegates. Master Minister Marcus Albinoni, always impatient, stood up and said enthusiastically, "Edo Edi Essum is also gladdened by the end of our continent's horrific Northern War. We hope to guarantee future peace and stability throughout Tiberiam with today's Peace Talks."
"First, President Carlton, I wish to apologize for the million communist leaflets which were scattered across Gracemaria. I can assure you I do not approve of the gesture. However, Roberto VI insisted upon the propaganda; he does not often have so many capitalists available to be 'converted.'" Albinoni grinned. "Although I know it is little reparation, I wish to offer a barrel [164 liters] of EEE's finest red wine to the Gracealonan government."
Albinoni turned to address Chairman Ovseyenko in Rasvidian. [His academic background in linguistics allows him to do this.] Translators around the room quickly galvanized, when needed. "Edo Edi Essum believes the best possible future for Rasvidi is based in religious tolerance like that in Gracealona. The nations of Gracealona, Isis Rakael, King Isaac, NX401, and Edo Edi Essum have incessantly condemned your nation's atrocious oppression of the faithful. Your own government admits over 15% of your population is religious. Would it not benefit Rasvidi as a whole to allow the faithful to practice without repercussions? I am certain support of Rasvidi would increase both within and outside of its borders, were religious tolerance to be legislated."
He continued, "As for the conflict in the Rasvidi Islands, the international tension is a matter of simple logic. Rasvidi's distant colony can not be effectively connected to its supposed homeland. The islands' sole purpose is to rile the colony's Catholic neighbors. To avoid future war, the islands should be peacefully ceded to Queen Jeny. Were this to be done, no additional blood would be spilled. The islands would thrive under Royal administration. Otherwise, astronomical hardship would be guaranteed for the islands' populations and economy. Besides, it's not like there are not nearby territories available for Rasvidian expansion."
A guard interrupted the minter's speech and whispered into Albinoni's ear. The minister's expression could only be described as shock. A few seconds later, Albinoni looked down and exhaled, obviously very frustrated. The room was silent.
Master Minister Marcus Albinoni readdressed the room, scowling, "Comrades, I have just learned that the Edesu Air Force has invaded Rasvidi. One thousand bombers guarded by one thousand fighters. I hate the Ministry of War so very much."

| As Marcus Albinoni took his seat, Henry Quilton, stood up and was ready to give his speech. again, the translators were ready
Fellow Delegates, Thank you for coming to these peace talks. These talks are very crucial especially when with the ending of a brutal, short war.
We thank Gracemarian President, our master of ceremonies, for hosting such talks within his nation. However, even though Mr. Albinoni had brought a point of Religious toleration to the floor, that issue is not of true primary concern. The Primary concern here is of the Northern Coast Conflict.
During this time, Rasvidi wanted to gather more resources for there own country. This is a very understandable utilitarian policy by them. However, there was something amiss, there was no contract or treaty or really any information passed to the many nations that were in the area. Rasvidi believed that because we were never grasping for the resource of oil in that area, it would be alright. This is not the case. The amount of ethics that rasvidi showed were intolerable at best. The nation of NX401 was very upset over the amount of information that was passed along. If i could speak for one other, Isis was not happy about it either. It was not just about the resource or about whom it belonged to, but it was about the true principal of ethics that came with the construction. Rasvidi did not respect the outcry's of the other nations. Instead, they were hostile and went along with there project. this, i believe, would make any nation even more upset and, as a result, take action to prove a point. That is what we did, we wanted to take action against this and hence the hostility began. Some may think that we are the aggressors, but that is far from the case. we were there to protect ourselves as well as the interests of the country. Our ancestors, the Light Scribians, an intelligent group of individuals, once trusted aggressors, Nexians. They befriended and destroyed the Light Scribians with war like aggression and did not want that to happen again. The Enlightened Kingdom of Light Scribe was destroyed!
Henry had to collect himself for a second as did not want to be a red herring After taking some water he spoke again
Im sorry for those outbursts. but, Rasvidi has declined in there ethics and needs to be dealt with or have something change.
Henry sat down after the speech with a little praise from Amber

| Stasova and Ovseyenko were both equally surprised, almost stunned to see the representative from Edo Edi Essum speak in the Saamic tongue. At first they didn't know how to feel about it, but after a while Stasova decided she was offended. These were religious heathens, after all. They shouldn't dirty the language by uttering it with their tongues. Ovseyenko, however, felt more neutral on the matter, if not somewhat charmed.
After the delegates from Edo Edi Essum and NX401 finished, Chairman Ovseyenko rose to his feet, and spoke in alternating Saamic and Izhorian, the two official languages of Rasvidi. The translators did not seem to be too thrown by this.
"First I must address Comrade Albinoni's statements, some of which could be considered potentially inflammatory." Stasova, who was sitting next to Ovseyenko, looked at him in surprise and mild disgust that he would use the term Comrade for this heathen.
"Our people and politics appear to be similar. You have accused us of capitalism and intolerance in the past, however I can assure you that our freedoms extend much farther then our economic policies. My government could more accurately be labeled Libertarian, having arisen from a socialist and communist government not much unlike your own. Indeed, before the foundation of the United Peoples Republic of Rasvidi, we were dominated by the Commonwealth of Rasvidi, a fiercely socialist government that was strongly religious in nature. It was also an unforgiving and brutal dictatorship, one which had ruled us for several hundred years.
One characteristic your nation shares with the Commonwealth, is arrogance. We do not demand that you change your politics or your religious policies, in fact we encourage your nation to pursue it's self-determination. We cannot ignore the fact, however, that you insult your gracious hosts here in Gracemaria by dropping propaganda upon it's crowds, and then bribe them with alcohol. You then continue to demand that Rasvidi give up it's self-determination and model itself after your own policies. That alone would be a slap enough, but you press us further, demanding we surrender our sovereign territory, our people and citizens, to another nation. Inexcusable. Your nation has neither the clout nor the power to make such demands of us, and even if we had such power to make demands of your nation, we would never do so. No leader, no person has that right, and this includes the leadership of Rasvidi and of Edo Edi Essum.
Additionally, you have taken this peace talk as a time for military action against Rasvidi. Your nation is clearly one of back-stabbing and treachery, and Rasvidi will have nothing to do with it."
"I now turn my attentions to Comrade Quilton, who's concerns strike me as being much more reasonable and understandable. I agree with you, Comrade, that our move to secure this resource was both brash and poorly executed. I must emphasize however, that my predecessor likely did not imagine that a nation would go so far as to destroy an entire city and it's people over the construction of a single oil platform in a region of ambiguous political control. This is what likely contributed to his stubborn position on the issue, and why he was willing to go to war. I can only thank that he was killed before he could see how the barbary of our foes was able to ravage us in this way. Murdered, I should clarify, by the very same nation that destroyed the city in the first place. A blood-thirsty nation of warmongers who will be more then willing to spread their control over the region with the push of a button, and will never once consider the lives that will forever be lost by their actions. You will not be saved by allegiance to this beast; allegiance will merely be a stepping stone to your assimilation into it's borders. It cares not for your people, and can never respect your nationality.
As for the question of Ethics, our nation will indeed see a significant change in the coming months. With the death of our glorious leader Venedikt Nikolai Pralnikov, the provisional revolutionary government is officially ended, and political parties have now been legalized. In fact, I am aware of several new parties and leaders that are already poising themselves for the inevitable post-war elections, the first elections our nation will have since the fall of the Vaeringjar Republic. This is a time of celebration in our country, despite the ongoing atrocities we are still being imposed with. It is likely that religious freedom will soon follow. As for our international behaviour and politics, only the people can decide who will lead, and that alone dictates our attitudes abroad. I can guarantee, however, that if I am to remain in power after these elections, our international dealings will be far more civil and cordial then they have been as of late."
Chairman Ovseyenko smiled pleasantly at those seated around, before glowering at General Iroh and lowering himself into his chair. Stasova seemed at once impressed, and a bit taken aback. He was a smooth talker, but she felt he was taken far too soft a stance on what she saw as Rasvidi's enemies.

| Queen Jeny went to the stage with her ten closest body guards after the Rasvidi's delegates finished their speech.
"My dear fellow world leaders, I came here not to fight with you but to make peace.
Peace be with you!
Before I start, let us first offer a prayer for all the victims of our wars for a minute
*The bishop with the queen recite a prayer and after he finished the prayer, he went down on the stage*
I tried to asked my husband, King Isaac, to don't join the wars. But he want the KingIsaac to have a colony to show what can we do to for our religion, and because the Pope support, I have to support it to or face excommunication.
Now, I would like you, Chairman Ovseyenko, to surrender to me your islands. I'm sure you don't want to see more dead people in your country. My country is prepared to continue the war as our budget rises. But for the sake of innocent lives, I want to have peace. Just give us the islands, with everything in there, and we will not wake you up in the moprning with bombs and cannon fired or whatsoever. We would like to build a friendly relation to all nations who are here, and we shall build a community of nations helping each other to proper."
After then, a doctor grabbed Queen Jeny and brought her to the nearest hospital, for the queen felt so tired and the doctor told her the biggest secret of her life currently, that she is pregnant.

| after the queen left with the doctor, as she had a fainting spell, Evan Widemier was very upset at rasvidi's Delegate, blaming them for a nuclear strike. Evan, before going up there tried to compose himself, taking some water, and after, walked up to the podium. He knew this was a hot topic, the most controversial topic that was present in all of Tiberiam. Evan wanted to make sure that Stasova and Ovseyenko knew clearly enough that it was not the intent of a nuclear missle to be launched and it, more importantly, it was not with the consent of the chancellors nor the will of the populous.
by the time he took the stage, a little passion and anger was noticeable in his eyes. Amber and Henry were scared enough that they were thinking that they needed to face palm themselves for bringing him here, he was elected under this platform.
Evan:
"Fellow Delegates, The rasvidian delegate seems to accuse us, Nexians, to the consent to launch a nuclear missile on to the city of Kazan! That it was our fault for making an alliance with such aggressors! This is False! We made this treaty long before any nuclear missile was launched, before any war began!
If you wish to know, Stasova and Ovseyenko, we did not consent to such a strike! we were just more innocent players fighting a skirmish more then destroying a beautiful city where millions upon millions have died! "
Evan had to compose himself a little after that, he really just wanted it to get that off his chest.
"Moreover, we are not apart of the Isis Military. We are our own sovereign nation and we are very strong. We acted on our own accord and Isis followed suit to the cause through treaty, even with an optional aggression clause that was consented to both parties. We will never abandon our allies, yet, we will not condone the use of extreme violence that Isis has demonstrated. We believe that each government has their own understanding, intelligence, and emotions when running their government. based on their different experiences, they would act accordingly to their own emotions or their own interests, even if the government was democratic. Isis was, their own sovereignty and emotional reaction, was acting on its own. We had no real influence nor any real information in the launching of such a destructive, immoral weapon that really has no use but pure fear, as the ground is now of nuclear fallout and unusable. I am scared that the Capitol of Rasvidi may need evacuate as nuclear residue will still fly through the air which ever the wind blows. Other nations should be worried about this dilemma as well."
As he walked to his seat, Amber and Henry were amazed at the speech he gave. What started as regret soon turned into a lesson in government and its implications and results. They Truly thought that it was only going to be mundane outbursts for nuclear proliferation. Evan was wondering how some of the delegates would react. He scanned the room for positive signs.

| (Written, but not read. lol Forgive typoes/errors/missing words/etc.)
Iroh rose.
"Murder," he said, cooly and calmly and with a glance at Chairman Ovseyenko. "Are we to be called murderers because men and women have fallen in battle? If you go to war needlessly, for we did not desire it, then people will die. But if we are to be called murderers because of that, then the Rasvidi government is stained with the blood of millions for they have fought many wars and slaughtered those who defied them."
"The military of Isis Rakael entered into this war out of obligation to defend our allies and their interests. In this case, the oil fields of the North Sea. The nation of Rasvidi may declare murder and outrage, but this is a conflict that THEY began. They are the aggressors. Millions of brave men and women from many nations lay dead because of Rasvidian greed and the poor decisions of a now slain madman. Do not play the victim, Mr. Chairman, for you will find no sympathy from me."
He paused briefly, knowing in his heart that he did indeed feel sympathy. Not for the Chairman, not for Rasvidi government, but for the people of Kazan. It was a dreadful situation.
"The nation of Rasvidi was warned of the threat of a nuclear strike prior to the start of this conflict. They choose not to heed this warning. They began a pointless war, which - after it began - should have remained confined to conventional warfare. However, their government deemed it necessary to launch biological and chemical attacks on our most densely populated cities. 'Outrage! Murder!' Do not cry these words when millions lay dead at the hands of Rasvidi missiles. The Nexian capitol lies in ruins. Durmar and Cosic share the same fate. Cities that defined their nations, built over centuries and millenia, reduced to rubble."
"The IRSC authorized a nuclear strike against Kazan as a direct result of these brazen attacks. THEY were the aggressor. THEY made the first move. THEY fired first. The destruction of Kazan was a payment that must be made. It was done to show the world that war carries consequences. We did not and do not seek the consent of the Nexian government. The IRSC acts as they see fit to protect their nation and their people. Do not cry murder against an attack that was both defensive and justified. We did not nor do we no seek for the approval of the Nexian government. We acted out of defense. To prove our power to make your government think twice before it tried again."
"The Rakaelian people desire neither power nor domination over the region. We are as we are. We are, by far, the most powerful nation in the region and when it proves necessary, we will flex our muscle to crush our enemies. But to claim that we are war-mongrels and blood-thirsty is ignorant. If we are to be named so, then you, too, are to be named so. For your past is bloodier than ours. You call us names because you fear us. You fear our might. And you should. But we do not harbor our military for the purpose of war or domination. We maintain it for defense. Spread your lies elsewhere, Chairman, for they are unwelcome here."
He paused again, then spoke after a moment as sort of a side thought. "If only you knew the destruction that the IRSC has saved you from." He shook his head, closed his eyes and sighed. He did not go down that alley just yet. He gave himself another moment, then added.
"I have nothing more to say for the moment. Let the others speak. As far as the IRSC is concerned, this war is over and we are here merely as a courtesy. We demand no reparations from the Rasvidi government nor will we pay any."
He sat back down, frowning. He didn't like making speeches. He didn't discuss wars, he fought them. This work was better left to proper delegates. He sipped the water in front of him, then stroked his beard while he watched the others.

| Minister Albinoni rose. "So," he began, "In summary, NX401, Isis Rakael, and Edo Edi Essum agree that Rasvidi was the aggressor in this horrible conflict. Rasvidi disagrees. Nonetheless, both NX401 and Rasvidi mentioned a very important point: no official agreement has been established to determine international boundaries and claims within the North Sea. This must be corrected immediately." Master MFA Albinoni took out two dozen pages of official documents, describing in detail the nuances of the borders and rights to claim. [But, as we have no actual background in diplomacy, how about just this meticulously well-drawn map?] | |

| Rage seemed to flare in the Chairman's eyes as Iroh spoke, but he seemed far more in control of his actions now then he did earlier. "I ask you politely that you not refer to a national hero as a madman. Yes, he obviously wasn't perfect. You can't expect perfection from a mere person. But he did more for the people of Rasvidi then your entire government could ever hope to do for the people of Isis Rakael. He may not be important to you, and I don't expect him to, but please do not treat his memory lightly when in the presence of a Rasvidi citizen. I can personally think of no greater insult."
"As for your accusation that we are indeed the aggressors, and that your actions were justified, I have to question your sense of judgment and rationality. This isn't a game, General. Human lives have been lost, an unimaginable number of human lives. It doesn't matter who the aggressor is, or who started what; there is nothing to justify a nuclear strike upon innocent civilians. There is nothing to justify a chemical or biological attack against innocent civilians either, and for that I do apologize deeply. I regret having made the decision, and if I could go back in time I would undo it without hesitation. There is no justification for that kind of suffering to be inflicted upon an individual and to cause a lifetime of grief for their friends and family. None of this had to be done, and you would be wise to recognize that.
It was done, however. I am not here to squabble over blame or to obsess over this tragedy. What is done is done, and unless we can turn back time then all we can do is look forward. The original conflict has been resolved. Rasvidi has surrendered the oil fields. We need to stop this killing, stop this conflict right now before it gets out of hand and we destroy eachother or drag the entire region down with us. As Comrade Widemier pointed out, the fallout from Kazan will effect not just Rasvidi for years to come, but likely Gracealona as well. In addition to the fallout, radioactive isotopes and other chemicals have likely been released into the upper atmosphere as a result of the mushroom cloud and the incineration of the factory waste and industrial centers within the city. Citizens all over the region will likely suffer health effects from this attack, for decades.
This conflict needs to stop, and it needs to stop now. If the various leaders assembled here truly want what is best for their people, then they will put down their swords. We also need to do something so this doesn't happen again in the future."
"As for Comrade Albinoni's map, those borders are not only unacceptable but nonsensical. Why would our waters extend all the to the shores across the sea? What happens if a nation colonizes or founds itself in that territory? Where does their zone of control go? No, I propose that each nation controls a naval territory extending 50 km beyond it's coast. This will leave the vast majority of the central North Sea in international waters."
"As for the Islands, we are not giving them up. You can attempt to pressure us as hard as you wish into surrendering them, but that is not going to happen willfully. Giving up an oil rig is one thing; giving up our sovereign territory is a whole different issue altogether, one which Rasvidi will stand by unwaveringly."

| [Obviously, if a nation were to be founded in Plot 1, the North Sea would be be redivided. Until then, I thought you all would be interested in extending your power and wealth. Sorry 'bout that.] | |

| Queen Jeny returned to the meeting place, but this time with more bodyguards and a doctor and a nurse.
"I've been watching your discussions through the hidden camera I left here" she said.
Security escorts of other nations were so surprised for they kept an eye on every delegate, nation leader, and fellow security escorts
"And if I am not wrong, Chairman Vladimir A. Ovseyenko said he will not surrender the islands. Therefore, it made no sense that we're still discussing this peace talk. I will not surrender until he surrender his islands to me." the queen added.
After that, she went to an empty seat and she noticed all of the people in the room was staring on her badly.

| "This..ends..here!"Amber said standing up and pushing her hands down on the table she was sitting at. She was obviously upset that, this whole time, people were talking about the islands and only the islands and EEE's Solution to the problem was just intolerable.
'To sanction off our waters for your own gain, 'Minister Albinoni' and Queen Jeny, especially with those drawn borders is just intolerable! you sir and madam, need to think of other nations then besides your own and your own interests. This was a conflict, which Ovseyenko has previously stated, in which millions upon millions of civilians from all parties', except Gracealonia, are now dead! there is no turning back on what any of us have done, to your people, to our people, to all families killed in war.'
'And with this, this delegate from hjjami barged in and decided, with full intention, to take something that is not theirs, to take something that they did not create, or even have control over...this is unacceptable. According to him, hijjma is going to take the islands with 'allies'! moreover, we are sitting here talking about the conflict. Action must be taken...NOW!' We have to get these islands out of an embargo, NOW!...'
Amber had to take a breath, but she knew what she had to do. She had to free the Rasvidian islands and hoped that the nations would follow her lead...
'Sgt.Dilworth...Call the General...we are going to take these islands back. Henry, Evan, We are leaving these talks to go save innocent people. If anyone is with us, you will follow us to take these islands that have no right be amongst this type of violence. At one point the EEE's Blockade was Justified, now it is just over bearing!!!'
Amber walked off the stage and with the Sgt, Henry, and evan, walked out of the talks to deal with the islands. before walking out, Amber turned around to address one more time,
"if any body is with us, you will follow Nxs lead and save these people that have no right anymore of being tortured.Rasvidi, thank us later! She slammed the door on her way out with everyone stunned, or at least what she knew.

| Minister Albinoni and his guards rushed after the NX delegation. "You treacherous bastards!" roared Albinoni, "We loyally risk the security of our nation protecting your forces in Novosibrisk! And why? So you can BACKSTAB us!" The NXians did not turn back. Albinoni turned towards the other delegations, panting angrily, "I apologize, but I must return to Edo Edi Essum as soon a possible. Lieutenant MFA Johnson will act as my deputy here." - Code:

The Edesu bureacracy responded with rapidity. Within a single minute all two thousand of the Edesu planes in Rasvidi had received the command: Retreat from Novosibrisk to the Homeland. [Damage to the city was minor.]
The Edesu 4th and 7th Fleets immediately began to travel to the homeland. Now, only the 5th Fleet remained around the Islands. Edesu military readiness was quickly changed from DEFCON 4 to DEFCON 1. One million army soldiers were readied.
For the first time in the history of the Strategic Missile Agency, Rasvidi did not have the majority of Edesu ICBMs designated in adnvace as their target. Instead, NX401 had quickly earned this honor. In Light City, Edesu Ambassador Catena requested an immediate audience with the NX Military. Edo Edi Essum and NX401 had a long history as close allies. This war could not go further than angry threats. Meanwhile, in Kolbertiko, Supreme Holy Technocrat Roberto VI was contacting Defence Commissar Pellervo Rovanperä. "Hello, Commissioner," Roberto VI said solemnly, "Edo Edi Essum may need your assistance. If so, we would obviously compensate the United People's Republic handsomely, far more than the mere deescalation in the Islands."
