due to a rapid growth in the flood virus (as seen in international) a new policy has been enacted to keep the non-infected areas of east germanias that way.
any civilians or miitary personel are to be shot immediatley if suspected of having the flood virus instead of contained.this new protocall is to miimize military casulties from infection.
