Immigrants first came to Serilaq in the mid-2000s. They, through one who was already very fluent in the language, said that they meant no harm and simply wanted to learn customs. Over time, the two groups grew to not only trust each other but also get along quite well. Inter-marriage between the groups is even very common.
They worked together to form a government, which opened on 7 September 2009. Very soon afterward, 7 September was declared Founding Day.
