Okay, what should it be called? We should also start thinking of a name for the continents.

I have some name ideas for the city:
1.)Cenderdam
2.)Bridgeburg
3.)Ashdam
4.)Tiberiam City (Clever I know)
5.)Branvania
6.)Daritona
7.)Eaglecrest
8.)Ashcove

I can come up with more if you want. And about the continent names I don't really think we need to worry about that for now.

And we can we start RPing claiming our lands? I've got my eye on a plot and I'd like to claim it.

I like Branvania, it sounds regal and important to me.

Yeah, everyone can start claiming land now if they want. Just remember to list any cities you want on the plot and their location (if you want the city in a specific location, otherwise I can just place it wherever) and the name of your capital city. Also mention what you want your nation to be called, so I know what to put on the map (IE, The United Socialist Republics of Rasvidi).

I think it was decided that we'd do it in order based on join dates, with Gracealona going first because he's the region's founder.

Very well, I'll just say off the top that I'd like to claim plot #12. And I think for now we should all only be able to claim one plot and then once everyone has picked we can roleplay for more plots.

I want my capital city, Gracemaria, on the end of the central pennisula on the east end of my plot. On the very tip of the penninsula, It's a coastal city. I also want placed:
1.) Creston(Somewhere on the northern coast)
2.) Kingston (Anywhere)

Map updated. Gracealona, I put your capital (I assume based on your sig that it's called Gracemaria) along the coast in an easily defendable area, which I thought was a realistic and preferable location for a capital city.

EDIT: Just saw your edit, I will change it accordingly.

EDIT 2: Re-updated. Sorry about jumping the gun on placing your cities. They should be in their proper places now.

Looks like Donk is next as his old account was the next to join.

NX, don't forget to tell Ras where you want your capital city on your plot as well as its name.

Yea and verily!
(I've always wanted to say that.)

I believe I would like plot 7. (Just because I like the centralized location and size.)
On the southern coast, but not a peninsula, the capital city of Orbis is located. (Yes I know on my NS page the capital city name was different.)

Along the river to the western edge I would like the city of Hoperock.
Finally, in the south-eastern peninsula, along the coast is the village of El Nath.

Updated. NX, I wasn't totally sure which cities you wanted since you telegrammed me different cities then you posted here, but you mentioned more cities in the telegram and their locations so I went with your telegram.

Donkholme, I'm not sure if I got hoperock in the spot you wanted it in, please tell me if it's not in the right place and I will change it for you.

If anyone wants to make changes, just say so and I will do it with the next update.

Pitomnik is the next active user, followed by me. I'll let Karauda go before me though, after Pitomnik has picked a spot.

If you look at the climate map, I just want to point out that most of plot 10 is a desert for those of you who want to have a sort of desert country a la Egypt or similar.

I'll take #10 then, I've always thought of my country as desert. Also you can put my capital, Niloma, anywhere. My country's full name is the empire of Pitomnik.

Also, guys I'm going on vacation for a few days, see you when I get back.

Updated. Pitomnik, I put your capital along the coast in the north-west, where it's the least arid. I thought it was a logical place for a capital city to be.

Karauda is next, he will send me his choices through a telegram.

I was also wondering if anyone wanted to name the continents. I thought Tiberiam sounded latin-based, so I came up with suitably latin names for the continents based on their attributes.

For the northern continent, I was thinking of the names:
Gelidus
Algor
Algidus
Nordika
Glacialis
Glacius
Petrosus
Silicis
Silex
Iugosus
Montis

All based on latin words for cold weather, rocky terrain and mountain (except for Nordika, I just threw that in)

I'm not sure what language "Tiberiam" comes from, when i was naming the region it just kind of popped into my head.

Map updated. I put myself on this update because the placement order was Kurauda, and then me.

Kurauda claimed plot #23, the island off the coast of plot #1.

My claim is plot #13, with my capital being Ulyanovsk along the cost along the middle peninsula, Kazan in the sort of bulge in the northeast, Gjovik in the mountains, and Novosibirsk near the edge of the river.

I think the next person, based on the most recent visit as an indication of actively watching the forums, is Crilkk Of Crystillaeia, although they have never made a post before.

Alright, well all the other nations that have an account have low postcounts and haven't visited the forums in a month or longer, so I think it would be safe to delcare that plot claims should now be "first come, first serve" just to make things simple for new forum members.

Sounds good, I'm going to see if I can't start a new section for Rping now being a moderator. I doubt it though, I think NX is the only one who can being the administrator.

Ps: Rasvidi looks like we're neibors!

Yeah... don't be too sure that having a militaristic, socialist neighbour will be all fun and games though Wink I wouldn't be too worried though, you have a much larger population then me. Actually maybe I should be worried...

Haha Laughing But it doesn't look like I can start a new section so we'll just have to wait until NX comes back. Hey also, I was kind of intrested in expanding into plot three, can I RP an expansion?

Certainly, I think we should all wait for something to be set up for the roleplay before we start expanding, though.
