Amendments uniamously voted by the chancellor

I believe that, because the constitution is very fragile, that the amendments should be unanimously voted in by a second council, the Regional Chancellors. because they are the true protectors of the region, it should be the responsibility of the said elected chancellors to actually have say to what ultimately is implied within the constitution as well as what should be added or crossed.
In America, the Supreme Court reviews many of the laws and makes sure that they are constitutional. Of course, since some have to be brought up by lawyers, they, nonetheless, would make the ultimate decision of what is and what is not constitutional.
Since we have made our Republic be of Just Cause of stability and growth, it should be believed that these Chancellors are the ultimate interpreters.

Yes I think this would be good. Also this would give the chancellors some more tasks because as of right now they don't do much and imagine this could make their job more intresting. But of course I think it is good for the region in general besides the fact that it makes it more intresting for the chancellors as this should not be our top priority.
