Charter Change

I would like to push a charter change, from Judicial Republic to Presidential Democracy.

The reason why chancellors are useless is because their duties and obligations are not clearly states in the charter. Besides, 3 chancellors is too much for our population. But if we only have a president, it will be much better.

Hmm, I like the current system to be honest, but I do agree that the Chancellor position needs to be more clearly defined. Even I don't *really* understand what they do.

I do agree we should reduce back to two chancellors.

The thing with the CHancellors is yeah they are pointless and hold no power in day to day activities. However (the way I understand it anyways) the main duty of the chancellors is this:
They are basically judges of sorts. If there is an attempt to take over the region or someone is doing "bad" things they are to decide if they are "guilty" of wrong doing or not. Then they decide on a punishment if there is a guilty verdict whether that is a banishment, a suspension etc. Like i said, that's how I understand so that may not be 100% correct though. I guess they're pretty much keepers of the peace in times of crisis in some ways. But yes, they are powerless in everyday regional affairs.

I think it's kind of funny how some nations have run thinking it was like a presidency finding out after they were elected that they get no additional power.

Kindly use your common sense, please!

Of course, if we will have a new constitution, we will give more powers to the president. Just like for example, appointing the cabinet, which includes sec. of culture, leading the government, maintaining activity, etc.

This region is RP-centered. And it needs a reform, NOW.

I do agree with KingIsaac instead of a Chancellor we need a President with a Cabinet!

I am starting to agree with Isis. The chancellors are pointless.

Since they are pointless, they should be abolished. The only official our RP region needs is the SoC. Beyond that, the Census Takers can just be volunteers.
