Declaration of WAR!

All cabinet secretaries were present in the Office of Her Majesty Queen Jeny. Queen Jeny called them for an emergency meeting. The Officials from OCTAGON, the military headquarters of KingIsaac, is also present.

"Your Majesty, is there a problem you called us all?" asked the anxious Secretary Jiann

"Yes, and Secretary William will explain it all to all of you" the Queen replied.

Secretary William then stood in front of them all and said in a loud voice:

THIS IS A SLAP IN THE FACE OF OUR DECEASED GREAT KING, KING ISAAC! I SAY, WE RECLAIM OUR LOST GLORY! I SAY, WE RECLAIM OUR LOST LAND! I SAY, WE KILL ALL INVADERS AND PUNISH EVERYBODY WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS! We shall erase their nations from the map, thanks to the OCTAGON, who have developed the nuclear bombs we will use! That's all, Your Majesty and my fellow secretaries.

Secretary William then took his seat. Other secretaries were angry of what they have heard, and they want to kill. The Queen herself felt the same, but she must act properly if she doesn't want the Parliament to cut her budget.

"So, now, I am declaring war on the Kingdom of Bautizar, and I am ordering all of our soldiers to kill everybody, destroy everything you can see there. Soon, we will also declare war on the United Nation leaders. Particularly the one who offered us PLOT 5. If we ever need to use even the last penny on our pockets, then so be it. Who's with me?" the Queen said.

All of the Secretaries shouted "ME!" and the OCTAGON Officials loaded their guns, as a sign of approval.

OCTAGON Chief Harry Bosch gave orders to the military, and this is exactly what he ordered:

"Kill all people in Bautizar! Never spare anyone, even a baby. Send 500 T-90 tanks and 800 M1A1 Abrams. Send 200,000 soldiers and make sure they wear bullet-proof vests and has many guns loaded with lots of ammo. Send 100 B-1B Lancers, 100 B-2A Spritis, and 200 B-52H Stratofortress to bomb Bautizar. Send 20 Destroyers and 26 Cruisers to block all cargo vessels that will enter Bautizar. We are imposing them a trade sanction and make sure no foreign aids can enter Bautizar. Also, launch 5 missiles to Bautizar, one on every city. Before I forgot, transport the Queen to a safe place"

[Okay KI, you have majorly blurred and basically ignored the line between IC and OOC here. We are sorry about the mistake but this isn't the solution. I will talk to Oscal to make sure that this is sorted out so that you are appeased. So here's what I propose:

Obviously you can't have the plot that Baut is on but it is true that you legitmitley RPed your expansion. So, here's what we will do. Pick any vacant plot that you are interested in and you can just have it. We'll just say that your RP for the plot Baut is on is the RP for this new plot. This way you don't have to re-RP or spend money re-colonizing. Okay? I realize you want the plot you were originally going for but we can't just make Baut move. And don't blame Rasvidi for this, he was injured and that wasn't his fault.

I know I don't have authority to make that decision but this is the plan I propose so if it gets the SoC seal of approval and you're okay with it KI I think this is the best option I can think of.

Everyone can just kind of ignore this RP though as it is IC RP over OOC events and therefore wouldn't occur in reality]

[I was the first person to identify this problem. I threw a fit! What did you all do? You said, "Who gives a shit, let's give the plot to Bautizar!"

KingIsaac should be allowed to evict Bautizar to another territory. As an alternative, KI should be allowed to relocate the resources of the plot to a vacant plot of his choice (probably closer to home) and reclaim his colony.

Actually, I have an even better idea! KingIsaac should be allowed to relocate his colony to the plot of his choice without restrictions. Who cares if the Rasvidian mainland is wiped off the map because KingIsaac doesn't feel like moving somewhere else? Or the Gracealonan or Osclantine homelands, you also dismissed my rants as ludicrous.]

Pick any vacant plot. THIS ONE TIME we will make an exception and edit the resources of that plot and give it all the resources plot 10 has. Then your RP for plot 10 will count for that plot instead and you will already have it, no more RP required as EEE suggested. THis is the best we can do and you won't lose anything. How does that sound?]

I am always looking in PLOT 5 in resource map and there are no resources such as that. Only uranium. Do you mean we will just assume there are resources such as iron, copper, etc. even if it is not in the resource map?

Well, Osc, you said I should RP the expansion AGAIN, and for heaven's sake I hate to brainstorm again about what should I build, how many to send, etc.. I waited days for the constructions in PLOT 10, and I can wait NO MORE because I have things in mind of what to do next. I can't go back to the basics, if that is what you want.

I was stating that you can expand AGAIN even with you having plot 05. I was simply stating that your loss of plot 10 will NOT deter your current count of territories (as in... I won't count 10 as expansion... so you STILL only have 1 expansionwith 5, so you can expand again as soon as you meet requirements)

Sorry if that confused you. All infrastructures that you would have built in plot 10 is still in plot 05. That is given. I won't penalize you for my mistakes.]]

And also please label PLOT 5 as Jeju Island or KingIsaac colony.
