Inactive Regions!

This is where the debate will be held for the concern of the many inactive regions.

Why don't we start by telling our ideas?

Okay, give me a minute to type...

As we look upon Tiberiam, We see many nations that are very inactive and/or come here to dye out. It is our best interest to talk about this prominant issue and come forth with an idea that can curb this negative externality.

I purpose that we do screenings or come up with some type of ecviction notice. What do you think?

I was thinking that we could check the last time people were active and if it was more than, I don't know, 10 days ago, we would kick them out of the region. Not ban them, just kick them out. That way if they become active again they could move back...

are you talking of doing a consistant, routine censes??

I like these two ideas, here's my plan using both your ideas along with mine:

1.) Get new nations and make sure they understand that they must be active to be here.
2.) After not being active for 7 days, send them a notification that if they don't be active agian they will be evicted
3.) If they are still not active after a toatal of 12 days, they will be kicked out but not banned.

Obviously if we did this we would need exceptions for vacations and such, they would simply need to post how long they will be absent. If they don't return after that time then their days will start being counted. So what do you think?

I like Gracealona's idea, and that way we would only have to do a census once a week, we could pick one or two nations to be in charge of that, then they could telegram Gracealona the nations that would need to be kicked out, as he is the one with the power to do so in Tiberiam.

If we approve this plan we should telegram it to all nations as well as post it in the region. We'll also have to add the eviction stuff to the regional description.

This plan definitely meets the qualifications to my taste. I vote Yes to garcealonia's Plan.

Now, all we need to do is write up some Legislation, vote yes within the week, and add it to the Passed Legislation section of the senate
