| The World Bank is an International Financial Institution that provides loans to developing countries to help them grow. The World Bank has a goal of promoting strong International Relations among Tiberiam Nations. the World bank is in no way associated with the United Nations Security Council. The World Bank shall be governed by a President elected every 2 months(RL time). The President shall chair the meeting of Board of Directors and in-charge of the over-all management of the Bank. This includes managing, but is not limited to: creating 1)requirements for applications for loans, 2)country assistance strategies and 3)borrowing and financing decisions. The Board of Directors shall oversee the World Bank's activities, and may impeach the President if the Board deemed he is abusing his powers. The Board of Directors shall be composed of nations who have contributed money to the World Bank, which shall be called stocks. The percentage of stocks the nation has shall be determined by the total funds of the WB. To run for a President, a nation must have 10% stocks. Here is an example of the voting system in WB: If Nation A contributed 1,000,000 to WB, and WB have 10,000,000(including the money he donated), then, he get 10% stocks. In every meeting of the Board, his vote shall be always 10%. Meaning, if nation B contributed 5,000,000 to WB, and nation A and B voted Yes, the Yes votes shall be counted as 60%(50 from Nation B and 10 from nation A). To ask for a loan, a nation must be a WB member(not necessarily a member of the Board of Directors). A WB member is a nation who only pays his entrance fee to WB, but have not contributed any money other than that. A WB Member cannot vote in the meeting of Board of Directors, but can vote in the elections for President. WB members cannot run for President. --------- To become a WB Member, please fill this out(Entrance Fee is $1,000,000): - Quote :
Nation Name: Nation Leader: GDP Per Capita: Trade Surplus: Do you understand the Entrance Fee will be automatically deducted from your nation when you join WB: Do you understand you have to follow all WB's policies and regulations:

Nations can contribute more money to WB from every Thursday to Friday, and update of their stocks(% of voting) will be on Saturdays. The Nation who get the highest stock has a veto power over the decisions of WB, except in cases of impeachment and in elections. If a WB member wants to be a member of the Board of Directors, the nation must re-apply. CURRENT TOTAL FUNDS: 335,000,000

| Guys, I guess you know the total percentage of voting power of shareholders is not 100%. Only 93%.
The reason behind this is because of our entrance fee. So, what do we do now with the 7%? I am sure that when another nation join WB, the 7% will rise. So, to whom will we give the 7% or whatever percent because of the deposits?

| Instead of viewing the entry fees as something separate, just include them with each individual nation's stocks. Example: Country A donated 20 million with an entry fee of 5 million. Their stocks are now worth 25 million. Or you could just omit them from the percentages. Up to you. | |

In my opinion, they shouldn't have to pay anything. It's not like their entry fee is worth anything anyway. In fact, I support abolishing "WB Members" and giving the World Bank the liberty to aid any nation that asks for it.
