Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing Empty
PostSubject: Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing   Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing EmptySat Mar 05, 2011 11:55 pm

For over the past years, the nation's stability has rapidly declined. All throughout NX,the many activists that were originally Lightscribians have been trying to take back the land that was once owned by the former nation of Lightscribe. Everyone knew the story of the faction wars and how one particular elite commando squad, NX401, was the ultimate factor of how the nation changed, as they were the squad that killed the many key politicians of the Lightscribian Government.

All around NX, protests having been growing in size and strength. The military, since NX never had any law and order, has been called in to make sure that the protests stayed relatively peaceful as demonstrations were always allowed. However, the protests have been growing more violent each day. The protesters have been hurling rocks and attacking the military units stationed. Because of this, the Judicial Republic has grown concerned.

In the chambers, the Three chancellors have been in open dialogue for a number of days. After 15 days, The chancellors came to a decision to disslove the Senate and create new elections so peace can ensure. unfortunetly, after this was announced, The protests went into full blaze. Riots became common; people were yelling the slogan "We light the sky!" The Flag was being waved. With the Soldiers now on alert and the chancellors paranoid as the NX government had no senate, the Chancellors issued an emergency decree to shoot anyone that opposes the government. This was now a civil war. The mobs already had weapons as gun shops supplied them. Others leaders of the Mobs were making SoS calls to neighboring nations to help them take back and restore the old order that was once Lightscribe.

A few days after this Civil War has taken place, a temporary government was set up. Aldren Deatin was now the leader of the revolt, and with a few others, made the 'The Enlightened Republic of Lightscribe.'

The Revolution became full blown. and the SOS was continuing to be sent out.

PostSubject: Re: Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing   Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing EmptySun Mar 06, 2011 12:12 am

In keeping with it's revolutionary roots and it's support of revolutionary causes, the government of Rasvidi has announced it's support for the Lightscribians and their plight. The Chairman announced his support for Rasvidi's ally, but stopped short of offering full military intervention. The military has nonetheless been deployed to the shared NX-Rasvidi border, where they remain stationed in border towns and assist with border patrols. Approximately 50,000 soldiers have been deployed along with several tank battalions. Naval patrols have also stepped up along the boundary between NX and Rasvidi territorial waters.

The Commissar of Defence has also called for the government of NX401 to step down and cede power to the Enlightened Republic of Lightscribe. He has stated that this will ensure a "painless, smooth, bloodless transition for the people of Lightscribe". It has been inferred from these words that Rasvidi might help intervene in the civil war on the side of Lightscribe if the government of NX401 does not quickly step down.

Aid is being dispatched to the area near Rasvidi's border, with helicopters airlifting food and supplies to civilians and revolutionaries. Medical teams have been dispatched to assist with wounded and to help relieve overwhelmed hospital facilities in NX401. The government has also called upon the other members of the Elite Union to offer any assistance they can to the Lightscribian forces, and has called this a potential "defining moment" of Pokoteria and Alameria's dedication to the alliance.

"What should we do?" mused Supreme Holy Technocrat Rebbecca I. She didn't really seem to be listening for a reply as much as speaking to herself.

"Nothing," responded Jordan Kriegipaz, Minister of War, "Any Edesu intervention would be disasterous."

"Surely you're not serious!" exclaimed Minister Sabrina Munif (Displacement and Migration). "They're undergoing a revolution. We can't just do nothing!"

"Rasvidi has assembled an army of 50 thousand," retorted Kriegipaz [Awesome pun], "If we back one side, they'll probably back the other. The last thing we want is a full-scale war, especially with Rasvidi. Besides, no one knows who'll win in this conflict. Backing the losing side would be disastrous. Best to do nothing."

"He's right," said Rebbecca quietly.

Munif was clearly not content to silently watch the revolution. "We can still send aid like we did in the North Sea War. We can send six Antonov An-225 field hospitals again."

Cardinal Luke Cassava (Minister of the Church) chimed in, "I like Sabrina's idea. We can't just quietly watch their suffering. We must help the Nexians."

Kriegipaz considered the notion, clearly reluctant to admit Sabrina Munif's righteousness. "It's settled then," said SHT Rebbecca, "We'll send the six crisis Antonovs. They will fill with the injured and shuttle between Kaishekh and the," she paused, "former NX401."

"Since when did we know the Nexian regime had forever collapsed," stated Kriegipaz slyly.

"We don't," stated Rebecca simply, "But I think the LightScribians will seize power. They've been waiting for a chance to reemerge for over a century."

Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing Empty
PostSubject: Re: Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing   Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing EmptySun Mar 06, 2011 3:52 am

The government of Oscalantine, at first, had no response concerning the NX401’s current policies. Civil unrest wasn’t much of an issue with Oscalantine… as long as the current regime stayed in power. After all, there was a lucrative exchange of raw resources, particularly in Aluminum and Copper for exchange of Platinum, was occurring. This was especially crucial factor for Oscalantine, as only about 50% of the agreed exchange occurred, with rest of the 50% occurring late this year. Therefore, as long as the mines were operational and the current state stayed in power until then, Oscalantine had no qualms with the new revolution taking place.

However, once the unrest started to take a place of actual war. With civil war occurring, Oscalantine will surely lose the resource trade deals that were occurring. This was not a good business for Oscalantine… not a good business at all.

However, in the ever-changing political halls of Oscalantine, the opinions were divided. While the business of losing a market was not good, the delicate situation with EU… especially with Rasvidi’s response in favor of revolution… caused a bit of caution than full intervention. While Rhombiom Corporation was more in favor of intervention through any means necessary to protect its natural resources, Nexus Incorporated was cautious and reluctant to rash decisions: after all, Nexian people will still be rich and prosperous after this is over, so a little loss, for such a massive company like Nexus Inc, wasn’t that bad of a deal. This, coupled with the fact that Nexus did not wish to invoke a trade barrier from EU, caused Nexus Inc to back off of supporting the current regime.

And as such, the Stockholders’ Vote was pretty much that: Oscalantine decided to not make a formal statement against the current revolution.

However, it wasn’t completely out of norm for a single company to act upon their own interest.

Rhombiom Corporation had more in stakes than Nexus Inc. With the revolution, the trade relations will become unclear, which will result in potential trade deals being canceled. And for Rhombiom Corporation which focuses in resource providing businesses, such a lucrative trade route cannot be destroyed until it is milked dry.

Therefore, Rhombiom Corporation contacted a new, emerging company that has been created from the ashes of Imperial Overlord: the Osmoria Foundation. Osmoria Foundation, with its rich experience with military affairs, were more than willing to acquire veteran, yet jobless formally-Overlordian military as mercenaries to send for Rhombiom’s needs.

Rhombiom, through shifting several assets, doing various favors and calling some underhanded threats, managed to acquire an impressive mercenary force of 10,000 well-armed soldiers. They have also managed to obtain 500 Corporate Army members through illusive channels and had them lead the forces of mercenaries. Osmoria Foundation was also happy to sell Imperial Overlord’s military vehicles, such as attack copters and light vehicles.

Without regards for Nexian or new Revolutionary government, the Rhombiom Corporation’s forces have streamed into the region and soon landed on Light City. The Rhombiom Corporation’s officials soon revealed their intent of securing the mines and port, as well as escorting the goods from the mines to the ports. They have stated that 3,000 of the soldiers will stay in Light City as guards for the city, while two company of 3,500 will move into Aluminum and Copper mines each to protect the mines from being taken over by rebel forces. Once authorized, the Rhombiom Corporation’s mercenaries will move as scheduled into the areas, while eliminating any threats along the way.

Oscalantine did make any statements yet. This is speculated by the NNN, stating that they have nothing to lose with Rhombiom Corporation’s intervention. However, it is also speculated that Oscalantine might be looking for an excuse to enter the war, as if any of the Corporate Army member was to be hurt in the field of duty, whether it was for the duty of Oscalantine or any company that he or she was stationed in, Oscalantine will go through any measure to rescue the member. Regardless, Oscalantine did not make any public address concerning Rhombiom’s intervention… if anything, perhaps Nexus did not find a right way to politely insult Rhombiom’s crude and rather stupid action just yet.

[[Keep in mind of the politics of Oscalantine. Unlike any other countries in Tiberiam, Oscalantine's politics changes as the ruling company does. Less power Rhombiom (pro-GWA) has in Oscalantine, the greater power that Nexus (pro-EU) has.

Also keep in mind that there are other factions in Oscal besides these two factions. One of such is Dazz (no favoring sides yet), Melcoba (no favoring sides yet) and now Osmoria (no favoring sides yet). All those sort of revolve around the outcome of various international events.]]

Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing Empty
PostSubject: Re: Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing   Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing EmptySun Mar 06, 2011 10:03 am

Aldren Deatin walked into the room where the SoS was being sent. Their government building was a medium-sized Office building within a private sector and well guarded by some of the revolutionaries. "Did any state send their support?"

"No; well sort of, in a way; im not to sure. But a few did to our enemies," the revolutionary said in reply.

Aldren looked confused by his words, "Explain"

"Well, here is the situation. Rasvidi has sealed its borders with about 50,000 or so soldiers and tank divisions while urging the Judicial Republic to step down peacefully."

"That sounds good..." Aldren said.

"But, here is the real problem. Two other nations have joined as well on the Nexian side of the war. It appears that EEE is going to send some field hospitals for the nexian soldiers and Oscalitine will trying to be protecting their interests along with 3,000 or so soldiers to defend Light City, our true capital and not the nexus! Damn Nec! (Nec was the slang term for the Nexians. It was eqivianlt to saying they were a hive minded horde of ignorance. this was developed during the faction wars. )

Aldren saw the anger in his eyes, "it's okay, we will justify ourselves by fighting this war and winning it. Keep sending the SoS."

"Yes, Sir"

After that conversation, Aldren turned back to the room where his revolutionary coordinators, some reserve and some civilian, were going to plan their next move. Aldren told them the news.
"With enough strength, we can push them out of the city, but not alone. This is why i think Rasvidian Intervention would be a good thing. We may destroy the capitol, but we can always rebuild it to our liking"- former Nexian 2nd Lt. Hunker said.

"Yes, but what about the mines. We need to secure those?"

Aldren looked at him and said, "it could be possible that the mines are going to have some sort of protection. If there is, maybe we can speak in Rasvidian Tounge to show the aggression of Rasvidi and needing to attack them. If that works, our old government and other governments would be in a large battle."

"Are you seggesting a war within a war, Aldren?!? Would that not destroy everything?
"yes, but our people need the intervention as it will push along and end the war post-haste."

The staff could not believe what they were hearing, but Aldren was right. They could rebuild and make the state within their own image.

Hunker radioed the people on the ground. they went to the mines and the border patrol. They were guarded. Since all citizens of the former NX were to be profficent in 5 languages, the rioters started throwing rocks and causing ruccus. with the mine Area, Rasvidian was used; With the border guards, the Osc language was used. And if anyone chased them, they would drive as quick as they can to light city, where the capitol trully was home; a home that needed to be rebuilt.

[You misinterpret our actions. We sent six mobile field hospitals to the area which was called NX401. The Edesu aid workers will find injured people and treat them. Some will only need minor help. Others will need to be flown back to Kaishekh for more intensive care. The field hospitals are entirely neutral. They will treat Nexians, LightScribians, and Oscals. Hell, if Rasvidi invades NX401, we'll treat them too.]

PostSubject: Re: Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing   Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing EmptySun Mar 06, 2011 7:49 pm

"Comrade Chairman, Rhobiom is in Light City. Apparently they are taking advantage of the conflict for their self-interests, commandeering the area for it's production capabilities. They are also taking over some mines in the interior. Beyond that, though, they seem to have no interest in supporting either side or cause beyond corporate greed." General Kázmér Temesvari stood in the Chairman's office, dressed in his sleek black uniform adorned with the characteristic armband displaying the Rohkeus-Väkevä in red and black. Above the armband were four Rohkeus ('Red Star') in a vertical line, denoting his rank as General. His light olive skin meant he was a Magyar, the ethnicity of Burgundia, though he could have easily been mixed-race. Magyar were stereotyped as calculative and fierce warriors, so they usually dominated the military ranks. His head was completely hairless, not because he was bald but because it was required for military members to shave off their hair. His eyes were a vivid blue, and thick black eyebrows lay above them. He had a very aquiline nose, another trait associated with the military, which stood proudly on his face.

The Chairman and Vice-Chairman were in the room with him, looking at satellite images displayed on the wall. The Chairman cleared his throat, "I see. Has Oscalantine issued any statements of support for these actions?"

"Not as far as we can tell, Comrade Chairman. However their media speculates that they may be looking to get involved somehow." The General fidgeted with his hat, feeling uncomfortable in the presence of the Chairman with what could potentially be considered bad news. "Edesu is shipping in hospitals as well, Comrade Chairman, to take care of the wounded."

Väinö frowned. "Alright, well we want to see the Scribians win this. We want to be on their nation's good side when they come out victorious, hopefully keeping them inside the EU as well." He frowned again, and began to light a hefty cigar. Though, it wasn't packed with tobacco... "As for the Oscalantians, let's give them a warning. We don't want to risk open war with them or any sort of tensions, but Rhombiom is not Oscalantine, strictly speaking. Order an air strike on their forces in Light City, but make it a point not to hurt anyone. A show of force, telling them where we stand on their being there."

The General nodded compliantly as the Chairman lit his 'cigar' and took a puff. He offered some to the General, who accepted.

"And the Edesu medical support... we can't openly attack them, that will draw flak from everyone. Everybody loves the medics. However, if we get reports of Nexian soldiers or sympathizers using their services, kill them with an airstrike once they are a safe distance from the hospitals."

He nodded, thinking a bit, before deciding that was all he needed to do. He saluted the General, and watched as his guards escorted him from the office.

-----

Chairman Väinö Nakashidze condemned Rhombiom Corporation this week for meddling in Lightscribe's domestic affairs, accusing them of endangering innocent lives for nothing more then a paycheque. He has called on the government of Oscalantine to take action against them, but has said he will not act against the government's wishes if they do not. Nonetheless, Rasvidi military aircraft were reported to have launched missiles on Light City, though there were no reports of any injuries.

The government has also controversially come out in support of Edesu field hospitals being set up in the country. However the Chairman offered strong words of caution, saying that airstrikes will not be ruled out if the field hospitals are found to be reviving Nexian soldiers and supporters. He has also issued a warning to the Nexian soldiers, saying that the field hospitals will be watched by Rasvidi and they will be attacked. Despite this moderate support, however, loudspeakers have been set up along the Nexian border declaring NX401 and Edo Edi Essum to be the enemies, and that nexian citizens should join the Lightscribian cause and fight them both.

"Shit," cursed Sabrina Munif, Minister of Displacement and Migration, "What do we do now?"

"We may need to refuse Nexian sympathizers access to the field hospitals," said Cardinal Luke Cassava, clearly dismayed. He continued while fingering the cross on his rosary, "We can't have Rasvidi bombing our hospitals. Hundreds of innocent bystanders would die, perhaps thousands if we include deaths due to lack of medical care."

"And we'd be out of six field hospitals," callously remarked Minister of War Jordan Kriegipaz. "Knowing the barbarous Rasvidis, their response to an angry letter would be total war."

"Jordan's right," concluded Rebbecca I, "Military escalation must be prevented at all costs. We can not allow ourselves to be dragged into another war. We need to remain neutral." Rebbecca began pacing and brooding. Suddenly she hollered, "I have it!" More quietly she explained, "We just won't ask people's political opinions. If we forbid discussion of politics around the hospitals and don't admit anyone in a soldier's uniform, aid operations can continue nearly unbridled."

The ministers mulled over the notion. "I like it," declared Sabrina Munif (Displacement and Migration). "I'll send word to the hospitals immediately." Sabrina snapped once and her aides ran off to prepare the orders. Sabrina followed to ensure proper wording.

Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing Empty
PostSubject: Re: Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing   Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing EmptyMon Mar 07, 2011 1:36 am

The weekly meeting was taking place at the Presidential Estate. President Carlton, Vice President Dowdson, the Speaker of the House and the entire Presidential Cabinet were in attendance. There was only one empty seat at the large conference table which belonged to Secretary of State Robert Lanham, who was still in Rasvidi meeting with Oscalantine. Lanham was instead participating in the meeting via telephone and was on speakerphone. After going over a few other issues, the discussion reached the situation in NX401. Lanham's voice rung out in the room over a speaker in the center of the table connected to a phone:

"Personally I don't see any advantage in taking either side in this conflict. We can either support a government that has long been our ally and the people will see us as an enemy, or, we can support the people and be seen as an enemy of the government. The only option is to remain neutral and send medical support."

As Lanham's voice faded from the speaker Secretary of Defense Elizabeth Sterling stood up and straightened her military uniform. Sterling was an average sized woman with her brown her tied back in a neat bun and her uniform didn't have a single wrinkle or spec of dirt on it. She was the first female Secretary of Defense in Gracealonian history and some people doubted her at first due to this. In the past few years though she had earned everyone's respect for her calm yet firm leadership during conflicts. She spoke:

"Haven't we learned anything from the North Sea Conflict?! Granted we spared our homeland damage and loss of life, but we lost the respect of our allies. Now that the EU has been formed it is more paramount than ever before to support our allies in conflict. We have to make a decision though on which of our allies to support. Rasvidi has requested our assistance as they fight with the people of NX401 to create a new government to rule the country as Lightscribe. We can support them, or we can support the old government of NX401 to uphold the current regime. Although it is unfortunate that this decision has to be made, I think the choice is clear. We should enter the fighting next to our Rasvidian allies and the people of NX401, or as they shall from now on be known, the people of Lightscribe. If we show these people the we are their allies I have no doubt that the new government they form will remain an EU member and an ally of Gracealona."

Sterling was a great speaker and very convincing. Lanham and a few other cabinet members still thought they should remain neutral but the decision ultimately came down to the President. He and Vice President Dowdson agreed with Sterling. Since no actual declaration of war was being made, the President had the authority to deploy the military.

Two days later around 45,000 soldiers arrived in NX401 to begin fighting for the new cause. They were supported by 25 warships of various classes and 2 aircraft carriers with 90 aircraft aboard each carrier.

PostSubject: Re: Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing   Lightscribe Revolution: A New Standing EmptyMon Mar 07, 2011 2:13 pm

--Light City, NX401--

The news that the Chancellors were getting was a positive/negative reaction from the many other wordly states. On one side, Osc has sent soldiers to defend Light City from the faction of the Scribians. They sent 3,500 hundred soldiers that were working along side Nexian Forces. With the reinforcement, The Nexian chancellors stood firmly with their emergency decree to quell the Scribians and end the civil war quickly. On the other side, The Rasvidi and Gracealonia has sided with the Scribians. Rasvidi has sealed the borders with military units and has sent some fighter jets to make a note of power. Gracealonia, has decided to send 45,000 soldiers and naval support. Every other country, has sent medical supplies and field tents. With the tension now mounting the Chancellors went into the chamber with generals, Naval Captains, and Air force Captains. In 2 hours, the Chancellors adjourned with full military alert as this was not a civil war, NX401 became an international war ground. Within hours of the reports of Rasvidi Jets and Gracealonia Naval vessels heading in, The Chancellors sent out NX Sea-hawks in Nx401 airspace, NX-42 Battleships on within NX waters and the military was deploying Double Barrell tanks and IFV's and Anti-Air to surround the city and the many other cities. The Chancellors will not go down without a fight, trying to protect their own intrests and 'The peoples'. Moreover, the field hospitals were always generally accepted and surrounded by Anti-Aircraft guns to protect such.

The Chancellors made a statement saying that all is not lost, we will end this war at all cost, your support will be grateful and please, nations of the world, do not look at us at the bad guys as we did not start this civil war, they did.

Oscalantine is a government of simple needs: capital. And as such,it does not condemn capital ventures by member companies. Such is the policy of Oscalantine, regardless of situations. And usually the media of Oscalantine corrects this phenomenon by criticizing companies' pro-market ventures. In the end, Oscalantine's politics are always "strike fast, take whatever is possible, and leave before media grills our asses."

However, such was not the case in media. While media have indeed criticized Oscalantine government for attempting to enter into the war for corporate greed and possibly costing several thousands of lives, the media was more or less content with not spitting out criticism about Rhombiom Corporation entering the war. While there are many speculations, the most prominent of them is that media did indeed tried to criticize Rhombiom, but such action did not meet with good viewing rate. People were simply uninterested about the rebellion in NX401. The Rhombiom's involvement did spark some interest, but because the NX401's conditions did not involve massacre of sort at the moment, the people's interests quickly dwindled. The lack of support also comes with capitalism. There was a revolutionary mindset for Oscalantians, and they wanted to see Lightscribians to win. However, many Oscalantians have also invested heavily into NX-Oscal ventures. They did not want to see their money lost due to freezing of trade between NX401 and Oscalantine.

And with the media less enthusiastic about calling out on Rhombiom, it practically gave Rhombiom Corporation to work undisturbed. Rhombiom made a response, firstly, to Rasvidian press in public speech. Rhombiom responded that Rhombiom Corporation was simply in NX401 to hasten and quickly establish the trade quotas that NX-Oscal treaty created. They have also stated that 1500 more mercenaries will arrive in NX401 in order to be shipped into the mines to give further protection to the mines and its transportation. Rhombiom Corporation encouraged international community to cease the meaningless battle and influence of power and let the Nexians take care of their problems themselves.

Oscalantine finally decided to make its own public speech. Oscalantine stated that due to the doctrine of Oscalantine, it cannot prevent Rhombiom Corporation from seeking new business ventures, no matter how immoral and offensive it is to the global community. However, Oscalantine have stated that it will pull back the Corporate Army from the front lines in early future, and will not interfere with Lightscribians' war. Oscalantine have also stated that all trades with NX401 will continue as scheduled, and that Oscalantine will not accept any type of measures that will obstruct peaceful civilian trade.

The government was not pleased with the Oscalantine response to the incident. As allies, Rasvidi expected them to at least condemn the Rhombiom corporation, but Oscalantine seemed largely accepting if not supportive of the group. However the Oscalantians had made it clear that they were not associated with the corporation or it's actions, at least not directly. As a result, the Chairman publicly criticized the nation for risking it's relationship with an ally and called it an 'unsustainable foreign policy that threatens Oscalantine's reputation as a legitimate international investor'. However, he said that they were nonetheless allies and would continue to stand by them.

In response to the attempted occupation of Light City and to prevent Rhombiom from gaining profit, Rasvidi has expended 15 warships and an aircraft carrier holding 80 military aircraft to enforce a blockade of the city's port. Non-allied naval vessels and aircraft will be engaged and destroyed if they attempt to cross the blockade, including civilian merchant vessels. Currently, the only nations allowed to cross are those in the Elite Union, with the Scribian forces considered a member in place of NX401 by the government. Additionally, Rasvidi has threatened to launch a bombing campaign on the city if NX401 forces do not step down, and has also threatened to engage 'all forces deemed sympathetic to the Nexian cause' should such a campaign take place.

Even though the government has not decided to engage Light City directly, they have still decided to support their Gracealonian allies and commit 15,000 troops along with 1,000 tanks. These forces will be diverted from existing border forces, and will attempt to occupy Absolve and hand it over to Lightscribe. Nexian occupied border towns in NX401 will also be shelled by the border forces in Rasvidi, without crossing the border. The government has also entertained the notion of occupying Serilaq, as their territory has long been coveted by Rasvidi. However, military strategists and political scientists have not been able to find a legitimate cause for annexation that would not result in international condemnation. Additionally, Rasvidi wishes to avoid direct confrontation with the Great Western Alliance and occupying Serilaq would certainly give the alliance cause to attack Rasvidi.

However, in case the tide of war changes, forces have been dispatched to Kabelinn in preparation for a potential invasion. There were 250,000 troops stationed in Lääne-Mordivia before the Nexian civil war, and that number has now been bolstered to 450,000. Rasvidi expects to have a total of 700,000 troops in the region over the next few weeks. Rasvidi has also cautioned Edo Edi Essum from blockading the Luza Strait or in any other way inhibiting troop movements by the Elite Union into the Luza Sea. Forces will be required to pass through the Luza Strait to blockade Light City.

[[Osc: Erm... dude, please distinguish between OOC and IC post. That is one of the MAJOR rules of the region, and I hope that it will be followed from now on.]]

[[Osc: Oh and to answer your question... Rasvidid is so an infidel... or I guess you can say "Greater of the two evils" =D]]

The entirety of the Bazran Strait is Edesu nautical territory. Rasvidi military vessels will not be permitted to enter. Any civilian ship which wants access to the Luza Sea is required to pay the Bazran Strait Tax. The Holy Edesu Socialist State strictly enforces its borders, terrestrial and maritine.

The HESS advises Rasvidi to deploy its forces through Plot 46, as it is a neutral territory. The Edesus do not perform naval exercises in the Rasvidi Isles. The HESS advises the Rasvidis not to trespass in accepted Edesu territory.

As long as Rasvidi does not alienate the HESS, we shall not interfere in NX401.

[Just as the Soviet Union is always referred to as The USSR, we are the HESS.]

Pokoteria and Alameria would like to announce that they will join on the side of Gracelonia and Rasvidi, on the side of Lightscribe. 200 PAPAF will be shipped to the country. More troops will be expected to come after conquering the eastern half of Plot 30.
